Bad First time customer experience. Employees don't know how to treat a true customer.
We arrived at 7:40pm on January 3rd, 2016. We wanted to look at the 400.00 parka we saw online and wanted to see it up close to consider buying it. I also wanted to look at some gloves and driving shoes. I wanted to look at the rest of the store before making my way back around to the men’s / coats section again. What I was NOT expecting at 8:02pm some black guy told us sorry we are now closed. I have never been RUSHED out of a retail store like my money was no longer welcomed and an asset to your store the moment it struck 9 o'clock. My friend and I looked at each other and said...... screw it lets go.
This customer took his JP Morgan Card and went right across the street. You lost 450.00 in less than 20 minutes. If you want to cater to certain type of customers you better make sure your "employee" knows how to treat them. I have the luxury in how I choose to spend my money, even when I throw my KC Royals hat on, blue jeans and my 50.00 Dickies work coat and go shopping. I thought that was the type of customer you where catering too. "I GUESS NOT"
Was it worth a bad review in such a sort amount of time of opening your store? A bad customer experience, loss of revenue and that fact I'll never come back?
In over an hour, the money I could have spent at your store I gave to Bass Pro and they were nothing but nice to me the entire time even when it took me over 10 minutes after 9 to make my way to the front and check out. NOT ONCE did I ever feel rushed past 9:00pm when the store closed.

Read moreOur family is long time users of the Duluth Brand clothing. We have always had great quality products and customer service experiences. After today they will never again see one thin dime from us. A field coat that was purchased a few years ago, worn for "dress", not working and remains in perfect condition, had a collar that fell apart making it embarrassing to wear. CS was unable to find the purchase as their system didn’t go back far enough. They couldn’t offer a replacement (I didn’t ask for this) and said they could only offer the price of the lowest price it last sold for.
I offered to send photos, asked if I could take it to a store location to be seen etc. Only option they suggested was mail it back for a refund. I asked if they could give me a ballpark of what the refund might be as I had no idea what is was sold at for the discounted price. So, knowing the amazing Company would not fail to continue to impress me, I spent the money to mail it back. They are sending me a refund of $59.11 (remember I paid to mail it back also…). SLAP in the face! An approximately $200 canvas coat that should have worn for decades, still in perfect condition, less the collar material. I asked for a range of refund prior to sending it in and they could not provide that. STUPIDLY I went ahead. I could have kept the coat and had a new collar put on for $60 and still had a $200 coat to last decades. SO...

I was looking for a specific size in specific items in a larger size for an individual who I was helping. She actually put me on hold without in the sales floor looked for the items came back on the phone with me to let me know what she had and she was going to leave them up front with my name on it. Then when I got to the store all the items were there like Bridget said with my name on them. Then I had asked for her because I wanted to thank her for taking time to talk to me because I had already been to four other stores and had called them prior to them and they said yes and they didn't have items I need it. Then I'll check it out she insured that we knew about the return policy that God forbid everything happened to the items within the year the zipper broke or the button came off or the stitches came out they would replace items how incredible.
