One particular old woman that works here has no respect for her job. One evening about 45 minutes before close, we walked in and she didn't say a word. When we walked up to order our sandwich, she said "go ahead" in the most rude obnoxious way you can imagine. We turned around and left. But that's not all folks, this lady when she's in a good mood will talk and talk and talk to her co workers. She's gotten our sandwich wrong several times while we stand there watching and asking for particular things. She also is very short and speaks with a lisp so while she's piling your sandwich with things you didn't ask for, she's spitting into it. She's not the boss but she thinks she is, and refuses to get along with anyone she doesn't deem worthy. She has a problem with any type of custom order so if we ask for more it's one leaf, or one slice at a time, and if we ask for a little she mutters about it not being enough and piles it on anyway. She thinks her way is the only way and won't do any differently than what she thinks. I would rather walk to the next closest store than get service from her.
Other than her, great people, great food, as always.
I will continue to update you as more occurrences happen when my friends inevitably drag me there, kicking and screaming.

Walked in for sandwich. Above said Old lady was putting in bags in the tea holder and again didn't aknowlege us when we walked in. After we said hello, she said she would be there in a moment and kept doing her job, but she paused, and vigorously scratched her head while leaning over the open tea container, almost knocking off her subway visor into the container. Needless to say we turned around and drive down to the closest subway on Sterling and Noland

Her name is Vicky, she usually works the morning shift, she drives a silver car she parks directly in front of the store blocking traffic. We never go there when she's there anymore and from what I heard from a former employee N., she was caught doing drugs in the bathroom in the middle of making someone elses sandwich.

Vicky is long since fired but there's still always issued when we go, the last time we went in we were in a hurry because we had an appointment and we saw the line was short. So we go in an wait our turn then the lady said she had to prepare an online order with four sandwiches ahead of us. They need to have a separate online order section or person like Chipotle does, and they need to prioritize the people standing there in front of them....
Read moreI placed an order on the app, the pick up time was scheduled for 11:06am. I arrived at the Subway at roughly 11:10, maybe a little later. There was one person at the counter with a Manager badge on. I told her I was there to pick up an order I had placed on the app. She didn't ask my name, but told me that it wasn't ready yet. I accepted this response, and waited. After a few minutes, she told me very rudely to get 10 bags of chips from the stand and bring them to the counter for her. I did it, didn't understand why she was telling me to do it, but I could see she needed some help! When I got to the counter with the 10 bags of chips she told me that the person who put in my order said I wouldn't be there until noon. It was at this point clear to me that she thought I was someone that had put in the large order she was working on for noon, and that she had not even started my order that was supposed to be ready at 11:06. I told her, again, that I had placed an order on the app, and that the app said I should pick it up at 11. She then asked my last name, and told me she hadn't started my sandwiches yet (obviously). Two more people came out of the back, one immediately went to a computer at a table. The other immediately went back to the back. She started making my sandwiches at about 11:15, complaining the entire time that she thought she was going to have help that day, but she clearly didn't. There were dirty dishes and half-made sandwiches everywhere and no one was offering to help at all.
And now I've gotten a form email from the district manager that doesn't address any of the items that I brought to their attention in the survey, which makes it abundantly clear that not only does no one read the comments they receive, but that no one is going to use the information in those comments in a...
Read moreThis store has hit or miss employees. We walked out today because no one greeted us. The guy working today made eye contact at least but was dealing with a customer who didn’t communicate well with what he wanted. Kept asking for more after implying he was done adding to his sandwich. But the old lady working wasn’t doing ANYTHING. She was clearly on something and kept bringing a bag of sauce from the back, to the front, interrupting her coworker by asking for a “bag opener” (use a knife or scissors???) then taking it back to the back of the store. We stood there close to 10 minutes before walking out. This isn’t the first bad experience I’ve had where this lady was working. She messed up ALL of our sandwiches on an online order just a few weeks ago. And it literally took her close to 15 minutes to put together our sandwich once. We were the only ones in there. I’m sorry but if you’re going to hire people that have problems with addiction, at least keep the ones that can function at work. She needs...
