Bojangles — Restaurant in Indian Trail

I get people have bad days. Unless the service is uncontrollable OR happens EVERYTIME, I try not to leave bad reviews.

Since I've moved to the area, I've visited this location a handful of times and this drive thru constantly has poor customer service with the rude operators on the speaker. Doesn't matter if it's busy or slow; always an issue. I have been there many times, and everytime is always something... from ignoring your questions when asked several times to talking to others while the window is open in front of the customers... no welcome to Bojangles... window operator with hands on hips... the list goes on - just rude. So prepare your mind should you go to the drive thru at this Bojangles; don't have normal customer service expectations. The product is decent, but I can go to another Bojangles or another chicken joint to get decent product. The service is what makes me come to YOUR BOJANGLES.

Today, the operator's name tag was TyeMichelle or Tiffany at 548p, however the manager/supervisor that was helping at the window today was Gabe. No operator name on the receipt.

With all the other poor reviews here, it confirms that it's not just me.

I wonder when Eastcoast Wings open across the street if Bonjangles service will improve at this location, because...

I felt so icky by dine in to have a late lunch with my significant other. I mean the whole store is dirty start from the door, windows, 99% of their table was DIRTY, booths chairs and floors are loaded with Crumbs that god how long it’s been there, drinks area looks like never been wipe out atleast, floors all the ways to the baseboard are NASTY, food lines are not kept clean which’s lots of bread crumbs. I’m wondeting and imagined how dirty it’s in that kitchen to which they prepared food for public..also wondering why is this place is not shutdown by health department, I mean their restroom rating and I can see why, the bathroom is horridly dirty, one of BO’s employee was sitting on the table maybe on lunch break then she disappeared. We were there for good nearly half an hour and no one BO’s Employees ever came out to clean atleast tables. Customer service by staff esp the managers are very poorly.. I would not buy fried chicken at this place although it’s only a mile and half from where I live. I’ll go to another bojangles place that is clean.. I can’t depend my health with a bunch of arghhhh!! How you clean your own household it’s show in that store and no..I can’t trust my own health with people by buying my food...

If you want an uneven, grab-bag experience this is your place. To be clear, the chicken, menu offerings and pricing are very good. What is left is the poor preparation and delivery of good products and Poor quality of customer service. This is the responsibility of management, who hires and trains.

Our last 4 drive-through visits. 3 of 4 Trips denied or didn’t know that they had Apple Pay or how to use it. Another visit we got wrong items, had to go back through the endless drive-through line. Another time, ordered grits, no spoon ( it’s not “finger food”) no salt, pepper, butter. Another... got grits, just A ton of pepper packets, no salt. Another...coffees with creamers...no plain creamers available. Another...ordered coffees, window girl brought a double handful of creamers and sugars, no bag...asked for bad...can’t handle all that while driving.

Look this all sounds small..but isn’t ...when you count on the drive through for a complete ready-to-go order and have to stop, go back or (worse still) go around to get it right.

No one is checking the orders for completeness...period. In fairness, this unit is better than the one in Monroe. Monroe is far worse...but has...
