Walked into an empty lobby and waited for 3-5 minutes before 1 out of the 4 staff members on the floor came to seat us. Which was crazy because as soon as we got seated more people came in others couldn’t have rushed up there fast enough to seat them. A girl took our drink order and said I will be back with your beers. 6 minutes go by and our beer arrives at our table. She assures us that our waiter will be with us shortly. Us not know that we would get another waiter because her hours were cut. (They were slow which makes sense) but she was helping out doing her best to help her team. Our new waiter enters the atmosphere. The nice lady says to him hey don’t forget about this table because they were here before anyone else. What does he do… goes to not one but TWO other tables that showed up 10-15 minutes after we were already seated. Takes their order and brings them their drinks. Then says I will be right back and I’ll get your order. Disappears for 5-6 minutes and is not on the floor at all. I grabbed another waitress and asked her to grab our waiter so we could just get our bill and leave because we’ve been there for 25+ minutes and haven’t gotten our order taken yet. So we waited another 3-4 minutes then our waiter comes back and give us our bill for two tall beers for $15.xx. I handed my card to him and he walked away and then he didn’t even have the audacity to bring it back and apologize for any disruptions and for how long it took. Didn’t ask what they could do to try and earn our business. I’ve been a server and I’ve worked customer service for a while now and this was terrible and they were not even busy tonight (07/30/2025) on a Wednesday night. I couldn’t imagine what that place would be like on a Friday night. I tried calling the store just to confirm that the price of the beers was correct and it rang for so long IT THOUGHT MY PHONE HAD AND ISSUE AND TOLD ME TO CALL *611! Obviously there is an issue at this location and things haven’t changed. Corporate should get involved at this point and do a surprise pop up as a secret shopper and just see how the service is with some of the paying customer in the establishment. Keep this all in mind they were far from being busy. He had two other tables besides us. So three in total. 6 at one table and two at another. Feel free to check the cameras because we arrived between 8:20 pm- 8:30pm and sat at table 82 closest to the...
Read moreOn 1/2/24 me and my 3 children wanted to go out for dinner. The kids decided they wanted to go to Buffalo Wild Wings since we haven’t been there in a few months they love the boneless wings. My waitress was great. Until my food was put in incorrectly. I’m allergic to tomatoes and I ordered a mild ranch buffalo chicken wrap without tomatoes. Our food came to the table and I had tomatoes in my wrap I told the waitress she apologized and took the food back to have it remade. Second wrap comes out I bit into my wrap and it’s so hard and dry because of the chicken I ate half of my wrap because at this point hungry. When the waitress bought me the bill I told her how I didn’t enjoy my dinner at all. She then again apologized after I told how how hard and dry the wrap was she said she will ask the manger to put a discount on the bill because she can’t take the entire meal off because I ate half of it which I understood. A lady name Jennifer who was the team lead working that night come to the table because the manager sent her over to tell me she can’t offer me a discount or anything on the food because they already had to make my wrap twice and the cost of food is high. I immediately became upset because I couldn’t believe that’s what she just said to me I’m the customer the wrap was horrible the wrap having to be remade had nothing to do with me the waitress admitted she keyed in my order incorrectly. I have never been to a restaurant that treated customers like that I had to buy for food and horrible service with my hard earn money the unprofessional manger on duty name Maya never came to the table and did nothing. I believe maybe she was the cook that night which is why she did nothing about the situation. I’m so disappointed with the location me and my children will never be back and o will be filing a complaint also because this is so unfair and the excuse to why my bill couldn’t have Ben been discounted is what really took me over the top with the service. They ruined my night for me and my children’s dinner. The management at this location is terrible and need to be replaced or train on handling customer situation like that the entire night could have went totally different if it was...
Read moreBuffalo Wild Wings, often affectionately called "B-Dubs," delivers a quintessential American sports bar experience. From the moment you walk in, you're typically greeted by the energetic buzz of conversation, the glow of countless flat-screen TVs broadcasting various sporting events, and the unmistakable aroma of fried food and signature sauces. The atmosphere is intentionally loud and lively, making it an ideal spot for groups of friends looking to catch a game, celebrate a casual occasion, or simply unwind. It's designed for communal viewing and social interaction, rather than quiet conversation, embodying the spirit of cheering on your favorite team alongside fellow fans.
The main draw, of course, is the extensive wing menu. B-Dubs prides itself on offering a vast array of sauces and dry rubs, ranging from sweet and tangy options like Honey BBQ and Asian Zing to fiery concoctions like Mango Habanero and the notorious Blazin' Carolina Reaper. This sheer variety is the restaurant's biggest strength, allowing patrons to customize their orders extensively and experiment with different flavor profiles, whether they prefer traditional bone-in wings or the easier-to-eat boneless variety. While wings are the star, the menu also features a standard selection of pub fare, including burgers, wraps, appetizers like nachos and mozzarella sticks, and salads, providing options for those not solely focused on chicken. Complementing the food is a typically robust beverage menu, heavily featuring domestic, import, and often local craft beers on tap and in bottles, fitting the sports bar theme perfectly. Service is generally casual and can vary depending on how busy the location is – expect potential waits during major game nights. While not a budget dining option, especially when ordering large quantities of wings, B-Dubs often runs specials (like discounted wing days) that enhance its value proposition. Overall, Buffalo Wild Wings successfully fulfills its niche as a go-to destination for watching sports, enjoying a wide variety of wing flavors, and soaking in a high-energy,...
