Burger King — Restaurant in Indiana

Placed a drive through order for an Impossible Whopper with no onions. Took approximately 15-20 minutes. Sat down to eat and discovered, yep you guessed it, onions everywhere. Ya pay nearly $10 for a single patty burger, small fries and small drink and still don't get your money's worth. The only positive thing I can say is, when I called them to let them know to check that the line staff confirms special orders the manager was very nice and apologetic. She offered to make it right the next time I come in. I declined because I very rarely stop there. The only reason I even put one star is because that is the only way it'll let me post my review .This door will get no stars from us they are completely incompetent they don't even know how to contact any of their superiors to fix their mistakes we spent $25 on two meals and we received two soda pops and they didn't refund anything they didn't know how to fix anything kept trying to call DoorDash we did not make an order through DoorDash The order was through Burger King. Have gotten door dash from this BK and every time 2 to 4 items have been forgotten or mess up. Was in there twice today. Both times each order was messed up. Couldn't trust after a few times on door dash for them to get a full order right and still doesn't get it right even when you go in. The food is usually for roommates too so its not like I'm going to dig threw their food to check. Check, check, serve please. That should be a given when dealing with food being handed out.
