They lied to me when I purchased a Costume and told me I had a certain time to return it. So when I walked in to the store to return it on the day they told me I had to cut off they told me they were not doing it anymore. All I needed to do was switch sizing I wasn’t asking for money back and I probably would have spent more. So I asked for the manager in this young lady goes I am the manager I said OK I started talking to her and she answered her cell phone and walked away from me Which I thought was very unprofessional. The best place to shop for any type of event! The first time we went the man that was working didn't seem to enjoy his job, and it showed, he wasn't rude, but he wasn't friendly either. Reluctantly, we decided to try one more time, and I'm glad we did! A guy named Landon helped me and my son find everything we came for. He has a great smile and great attitude. We actually enjoyed our day of shopping and will definitely be back! I100% recommend shopping here! Thanks...

Displayed items should be in stock! When you ask an employee about items you're looking for, shouldn't they have enough energy to walk you to where they are? Shouldn't employees know a bit of information on the items being sold? Shouldn't staff make eye contact and actually have human emotions when dealing with customers? C'mon folks ....where was that "Halloween Spirit"? You will do better next...
