Burger King — Restaurant in Indiana

I ordered and was asked to pull up and wait as they were making fresh fries. After watching multiple others drive around me over a 15 minute period I realized I was not waiting on fries and I would be there a week. I went inside and the girl that sold me the order looked at me and headed to the back never to resurface. I told the guy at the register I wanted my $6.07 back. He asked what I ordered I told him. He claimed there was no order like that and asked for a receipt. I told him I don’t know where it is but I’ll go to my vehicle and look. I realized what was going on as they don’t ask for a receipt when they bring orders out to people they have asked to pull forward and wait so I told him actually I don’t care I’ll never return. I went to my vehicle got the receipt from the floorboard went back in. I walked to the counter put the receipt on the counter said here’s your receipt and left this scam joint for good. They took me for $6.07 but they’ll never get another dime. If you go to this place after reading this prepare...

If I could leave a review with 0 Stars I would. On 5/9/24 I went through the drive through. Placed my order at 6:50 pm. There were two cars in front of me. I finally got to the window and was handed my tea and asked to pull up and they would bring me my meal. The car behind me pulled up to the window and the line behind him filled up. As we all waited, cars started to pull out of the line and leave. I would have to, had I not placed my order and paid. At 7:20 I got out of my car and walked up to their window and asked if my food was ready. He immediately handed me a sack of food. I was so frustrated waiting for 30 minutes. I had ordered an Impossible Whopper and fries. My Burger was raw inside 🤢 I had to throw it away. Now I’ve fried a burger or two and know that it doesn’t take a 1/4 inch thick burger 30 minutes to cook. (Expected a bigger burger) I’m normally a Burger King Fan…but this Burger King doesn’t meet the standards I’m sure they are expected to meet. Certainly not mine. Won’t be back…I don’t suggest...

Well, it was incredibly busy and 4 Employees took break at one time. I went inside thinking I would get faster service cause drive through was backed up. The clerk was very nice, it did take some time to get my order. I finally got my order, Which was all correct & took 12 minutes. As I was leaving the store The 4 employees were in the back of the outside of the store. Obviously smoking pot it was incredibly strong. I was walking to my car Where they saw me watching them Smoke their pot. And if Anyone there Says differently I would be happy to do a drug Test with all of them. I go to burger king because I do like their food and quite frankly I won't go to McDonald's Anymore because their food is one step above animal food. I don't understand What has happened to the moral of america. I do feel for the managers of a store like that because it is incredibly hard to find good help that Don't have some kind of...
