If you paid me I wouldn't return. We gave them too many chances. This last time was the final straw. My daughter ordered extra bacon and I had a bacon cheeseburger. Both of us only got a little skinny piece. We took pics and had receipts but the rude female on duty refused to remake our sandwiches. She said it was because I hadn't called. It was 10 pm by the time we arrived home, I assumed they were closed. So it was the next day when my daughter got off work. I asked where did it say that, that you must call? She said everyone knows that. She said it came from the mouth of the owner. I can only assume the owner doesn't care about customers. I said I would call corporate and she haughtily informed me that they were franchised, as if franchisees don't represent the corporate at all LOL. Before this incident, we have waited in the drive thru for over 40 minutes, had every table dirty with employees standing around chatting and stood at the counter with no one acknowledging us for an eternity, just looking at us until I finally asked " is there anyone to take orders at the counter?" because again, no one in the restaurant but employees just relaxing, on phones, talking. I wrote them a letter (figured they couldn't ignore it) with receipts included from the drive thru incident and that was January and I've never received a reply. I know we're not the only ones as I've seen people getting out of their cars in the drive thru to get their food themselves. For being so impossibly rude, you would think management would be better at their jobs. Don't spend money here or you're likely to leave angry. I would give zero stars if I could. We gave them every chance but they obviously don't...
Read moreI usually have great experiences with Culver’s and love the food and service. That being said, I don’t usually leave reviews good or bad, but tonight was a doozy. I ordered curbside pick up. When we got there I pressed the “I’m here” button on the app and the email AND texted them here. After 20+ minutes we got in line in the drive through and got our order. After peeking in the bag and seeing what looked like what we ordered, we left. Once we got home my kids order and the drinks were the only things right. I turned around with wrong food and receipt in hand. Drove back, and pointed out what they missed on the receipt and they started the order. The lady at the window asked to confirm what they missed and I then had to re read the receipt to her so they didn’t make the wrong food. After getting only the sandwiches and no fries or sauces that were on the order I decided to pick my battles. I peeked in the bag and they seemed like what I got (without dissecting the burger in the drive thru) I went back home and to eat only to find the wrong order again.. I get it, mistakes happen. But at the very the least the manager could’ve apologized and made sure the same mistake wouldn’t happen again to the same person.. in the same night.. on the same order. I honestly felt the whole meal should’ve been comped from the jump since I had to drive all the way back after a 20 minute wait basically being ignored. As we all know, customer service isn’t what it used to be. But this is a new level disservice at twice the price. Culver’s is still my favorite fast food joint, but I might be driving to the east side Evansville location for my next visit. Pull it...
Read moreHopefully this location can get its team up to par. At the drive up kiosk the young women cashier just stared at me as I pulled up. No greeting or May I take your order. Finally I initiated and asked if she was ready. While waiting for my food in the car line, the wrong order was brought to me twice. First guy, again just walked up handed me a bag took the number off my mirror and walked away. Not a word from him. I looked in the bag and saw my order. It was for order 265, not me. I was 264. I got out of my vehicle to take it back inside when a second employee tried to bring me another order. As she handed it to me I saw the order on the ticket and saw it was not mine and returned that one to her. I went inside and after working to get someone's attention, a new order was placed. While that was done, someone I assume to be a shift supervisor asked what was going on. He asked about what number my order was and the number on the one I was given. He audibly commented to the effect, great someone left with the wrong order.
After getting my order and returning to my vehicle the occupants of the vehicle behind me asked what was wrong with my order. I explained it to them. They said they'd been waiting awhile and I what number they were. 265. I explained theirs was the one I took back inside.
Normally, I like Culvers alot but this location has some serious work to do to get a...
