My spouse and I frequently patronize this business through the week in the day time for lunch. We decided to stop in and have a late dinner with our kids this evening and while our server was nice. WE WILL NEVER COME BACK! We were overcharged and when we asked questions about it no one could explain it. The manager Troy even admitted that he has worked here for 3 years and still doesn’t know how to explain the wing charges. They basically said it is what it is and no one came up with any remedy for the issue. We then asked to speak with the other manager(s) Kim/Jamie and they refused to come out. They sent a message back with our server stating if we didn’t like the explanation given to take it up with the day time managers. People automatically assume that people especially black people don’t want to pay for their bill. This is not true but definitely how we were treated. We pay for everything but I will definitely ask questions and for a solution when I am overcharged. Also we wanted traditional wings and they gave us the super huge nasty undercooked jumbo wings. Upon arriving to the restaurant, I was promptly greeted and helped. She brought my carry out order to the front on a tray (like what waitresses use to bring orders to the table). I was confused at first, but then she started going down the receipt item by item and bagging each thing after confirming it was there and prepared correctly. I've never experienced anything like it but I'm a HUGE fan. It was AWESOME looking at it all with an employee while still in the restaurant and not having to sit in the car and dig through bags to make sure all was well.
Two minor things... We should have had two sides of blue cheese and two sides of ranch. We only received the blue cheese. It's partially my fault for not realizing it, but we had ranch at home, so no biggie.
I'd recommend putting fries in their own to go container. Having hot food on top of hot fries in an enclosed container made the fries slightly soggy by the time we got home. Still no biggie, just giving my feedback.

After bringing our drinks we had to stop her almost 5 minutes later to get straws. We then had to have the previous mentioned host find her so we could place our order. Fast forward 40 minutes later our food comes out and our order of boneless wings was ice cold. We literally had to go find her to tell her they were cold. The remade wings came out fast and were good. Here we are a hour in and all of our drinks had been empty for over a half hour. We had to find a manager to get drink refills. It was hands down the worst experience we have ever had there. Yes they were busy, but she was just not good at her job at all.
