So disappointed on my visit to the Qdoba at Whitestown today. This was my 3rd attempt at this location as I’m often in the area. The 2 other times 1st- it was closed during the working hours (due to shortage of staff, which is understandable) 2nd-the Staff was hanging out at the back and the doors were locked, the trash overflowing which was very confusing to me and the other people trying to get in the restaurant. Today I decided to drive by and check it out, given all the options available around I still gave it the benefit of the doubt. Lunch hour + the weekend = very busy place. 1 person was in charge of preparing the order and collecting payment. This person was in no hurry and changed to at least 7 different pairs of new gloves each time he got a new order from the people in front of me, (understandably since he was the only one pouring food and then holding cash or cards) which is great but would have avoided a huge waste if someone else was at the cashier. I ordered the new advertisement (pictures everywhere in the store) Surf and Turf, was disappointed to be told there’s no shrimp at all, not even in the building, proceeded to order something else and a second guy finally showed up at the cashier. I ordered a fountain drink with my meal and would have greatly appreciated if this guy had told me the machine was either broken or in need of a refill because they only had 3 options of diet drinks and I’d have never chosen those in any given day , I paid for a drink that I never even got due the lack of options. Proceeded to try and at least eat my food and realized there’s no plastic forks or spoons available, only knives. I could not believe it, I went back to the cashier, asked for forks and he said he’d get it. He then collected the payment of the person behind me and got on his phone taking his time while I was standing there waiting. It took the people behind me to also come to ask for forks for him to actually come get some boxes from a cabinet, and then slowly open it and hand out some forks. When I set to eat , with no drink , my food was cold , and the items that have always been my favorite like the cilantro lime rice (pretty basic)tasted awful, I could not even finish the meal and left the store very frustrated for having to toss my food. Again, with so many options around with great and fast service, it was a disappointment choosing Qdoba only to waste my...
Read moreMyself and another person were in there today for lunch. The person that handed me my drink cup - put his hands on the lid, and stuffed it inside my cup touching the insides of the cup with his hands, then he was rubbing his nose and mask.. The other person with me complained to me about this person doing this to him also. So I went up to the counter and asked for the Manager. I was advised that the person that touched the inside of my drink cup, was in fact the Manager. I tried to explain to him about the way he was touching everything, but he was argumentative. then the person over on the food line came over and asked me if I wanted to take this outside! I can't believe this was the actions I received because I complained about their nasty service. Covid 19 is on everyones mind, and you would think he would be more responsible. Manager, my oh my. I will be contacting the district or regional manager due to the nature of this complaint. There is no way I should have been threatened and told to go outside and fight because I had a complaint about the manager putting his hand inside the cups we...
Read moreThis is by far the worst Qdoba I have ever been to. My wife and I have been here 3-4 times, and had bad experiences every single time. I have had an employee need me to say each ingredient one at a time, sometimes twice in a row, because they couldn’t seem to remember what I wanted. The dining area has been way too cold, to the point where our food was cold by the time we got to our table, to way too hot, to the point where all the employees were sweating profusely. The number one issue though is the woman who appears to be the manager, as she is always there and seems to be in charge. I’ve seen her berating or otherwise being rude to her employees multiple times, and she was even rude to a customer once: when they requested that the temperature be turned up since it was completely frigid in the dining area, she completely blew them off, saying they should see she is clearly busy (the line wasn’t event particularly long and there were plenty of employees). The most recent time, she was sick, and I saw her rub her runny nose with the back of her hand and then continue to wrap burritos without...
