We go there for donuts and coffee, and not only do they not have the donuts we actually wanted, or very many at all, but my coffee was awful. First they give me a medium and charge me for a large latte. Then when I have them fix it they don't even fill the large up all the way. Then finally as I'm just happy to have my coffee, I taste it, and it's awful. I asked for a sugar free caramel, which is what I normally get everywhere else, and I even have sugar free caramel coffee Syrup at home, so I know how it should taste. Whatever they put in my coffee is terrible, it's bitter and kinda resembles the taste of medicine. Completely undrinkable. This is actually the 2nd time in a row I have had this same experience with their coffee too, so this was their last chance for me. The first time I assumed it was a fluke, now I know they just use something awful for that flavor. On top of all this we still got the wrong donuts from what we ordered, and they just threw them in the bag without any wax paper separating them so the frosting got all over the other donuts. Oh, and they only had 1 of the muffins we wanted, so we didn't even get what we wanted there. All in all a horrible experience, and this has been the case almost every time I've gone here...
Read moreI’ve had the worst experience here at this Dunkin’ Donuts. The men at this location are very rude and always ushering you to move forward when you don’t even know what you want to drink. If I were somebody who didn’t know anything about coffee, this would be a terrible first time experience. You feel so rushed every time at the window and when things aren’t made the way that you would like them too since you are the one paying and spending your own money on it, they get an attitude and pass off the conversation to the next manager, as if they’re incapable of having a conversation with you to get you what you want in the first place. Very immature energy coming from the cashier at the window. There is always a rush, and I am often left feeling like I’ve left with something that I don’t even like. I asked for a remake of a small coffee and they took forever to make it, leaving me to think that they’ve done something to my drink so now I’ve wasted money on a drink that I won’t be drinking. Highly do not recommend this location 0/10.. Read moreI had a mobile order twice in the past week and their lobby is sporadically closed throughout the week and instead of leaving their lobby unlocked with a sign on the door that says “mobile order pickup only” they make you sit in the drive-through and wait 20 to 30 minutes while your food gets cold thats already been made. Slowest Dunkin’ Donuts location I’ve ever been to. Also, what’s the point of mobile order/order ahead if you can’t cut the line and get your drink. That’s the whole point of that system. My time is valuable that’s why I use the mobile order system. Claimed they’re short staffed but just from the drive-through window I saw about seven different people.
