I had an interview with them and while I was waiting inside I was waiting for about 5-10 minutes because they weren’t giving me service and while I was waiting the employees noticed me but didn’t helped me until someone said something about it, And after my interview they’d said they’ll email me more information but I never go the information so about 5 days later I had called to tell them about the interview I had did with them and how I didn’t receive more information and It was a male on the phone and he was so rude and he hung up on me in my face and at first I was going to call him back and tell him don’t be doing that until I changed my mind because I thought I was gonna work there and I didn’t want drama while I was at work so I didn’t called him back and I waited for another week and I just called back today on Friday November 10th and I asked them could I speak to the hiring manager and when I told her about the interview I had when them and what time would I work she said they’re only hiring people who can work morning shifts but mind you when I was at my interview And the person who was talking to me during the interview said I could work 4-7 with no problem but now they’re saying they don’t need people to work that hours but need people to work morning shifts? And mind you they had emailed me saying they wanna interview me but when I come everything is all messed up? This is a 1 star rate They wasted my time, They wasted my voice, They was very rude, And WASTED EVERYTHING! I Don’t recommend going...
Read moreOver the last month or so things have really turned a corner for the better. I haven't waited more than 10 minutes for my order. Prior it could have been up to 30 minutes for my order and there were times I got out of line after ordering because I couldn’t wait any longer. I even stopped going to this store and would make the drive to Brownsburg or Michigan Rd. just so I didn’t have to wait because it was faster. And the staff at the time had no sense of urgency or even a care. Fast forward over the last month and the staff are friendly to the point of being super helpful and exceeding all expectations. The food alley from the drive thru looks clean and not trashed. I’m all for second chances and grace. It’s important to acknowledge a job well done and they have and it’s appreciated. So whatever changed I hope it continues because it’s been so nice. Thank you for all your hard work, I know it’s not easy. The coffee has always been fantastic for that never changed....
Read moreI'm constantly disappointed by Dunkin... The donuts seem to be smaller and lower quality every time I go, and they are not very friendly. I asked for their seasonal peppermint mocha frozen coffee and was handed a drink (20 mins later, no one else was in the store) that looked nothing like the picture. No whipped cream, no chocolate drizzle. I asked if it was supposed to come with whipped cream so the employee offered to add some, and I asked for chocolate drizzle too. They brought it back with whipped cream and caramel drizzle... I showed him the big sign that was by the door and they made some excuse about how since it was seasonal I was somehow supposed to have asked for it that way, not automatically made that way. They remade them by blending them up again and we ended up with two drinks that were 80% ice and tasted like watered down peppermint coffee... Not good at all and terrible customer service. No thanks, next time I'll just go to Starbucks...
