10/23/2020. We got a taco pizza and they said on the phone it was $23. After taxes we paid $30 and gave the driver a $5 tip. The driver did not wear a mask and we had to cut it with our own knife because it was not cut through and it had barley any lettuce or cheese on the outsides. It was overly topped in the center and was soggy because of this. We then called and spoke to Miranda “the manager” and she said “I made that pizza and I know all the toppings were on it”. We did not disagree but said it was not spread out and we were not happy about that! She then said “well there’s nothing I can do about it”! Really? You could do a lot! Then I told her I wanted her owners number and she said I won’t give out his personal info and can’t! But she then took mine and then unprofessionally texted me and tried to ask for pics of the pizza and said can you send pics of the pizza that was wrong!!! Sorry but no one should be texting me and they should be on the phone trying to resolve the matter!! We will NEVER ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN!!!! As I told the manager with her sassy attitude, I know the former owner and he would never had done this or had his workers treat us the way we were!!! This place is garbage!!! I know a lot of people in this town and I will make sure they do not order from here EVER AGAIN!! And mostly for the way we were treated!! Good for you and your employees getting one over on us! We will make sure you do not get anyone else!! This is totally the worst experience I’ve ever had at any pizza shop ever!! Read moreFirst off, the pizza is good. Good consistency, topping concentration, and sauce. However, our toppings were incorrect. Not one of them, but two. Just as a heads up,the large is 14", the size of a dominoes large. Not a deal breaker, nor overpriced for what you get, but fair warning. The waffle fries we ordered wouldn't have been bad either, HOWEVER, we obviously got the last ten, (yes, exactly ten) that were left under the heat lamp for too long. Now, full disclosure, we were early to pick up our order, and there were only a couple of people working. That being said, they didn't appear to be that busy, as one of those two people took their break, and the other continued to fill orders. If the waffle fries were forgotten, which is what we suspect, we would have happily waited for fresh ones if the option was presented to us. None of this is catastrophic, but it's enough that we thought an offer of refund or exchange would have been made when we called, VERY POLITELY, to let them know. Negative. Read moreOrdered a bacon chicken rancher pizza on Aug 31st at 5pm, when I arrived home I realized there was no bacon on my pizza & instead had tomatoes. I called the store, hoping to just have the correct pizza remade, and offered to pick up the remade pizza. I spoke with Chase, who was the only staff working and the time, and refused to remake my pizza. Instead, he informed me that I would have to wait until Barb (management) was working so I could receive a refund for the incorrect order. (Really, I think he just did not care to remake my pizza. When I picked up the initial order, the Open sign was not even turned on & Chase was chatting with a few friends instead of working... very professional).
Finally, today (five days later) I spoke with a gentleman (sorry, don't know your name or I would give you a shoutout) who was extremely kind and understanding, and offered me a store credit. He listened to my concerns and made things right when nobody else would. I would give him five stars if I could.
