I came in with my husband. We’d never been here before. The place is so beautiful and everything looked delicious. I’m legally blind so I asked if the counter girl could tell what the desserts were. I’d already tried to read the little signs and couldn’t. I didn’t want to make it awkward because my disability has the effect and there were only about 9 different items in the case. Before I interrupted their conversation, the counter girls were in deep gossip detail. When I asked could one of them tell me what the different desserts were I got the response ‘everything has a sign’. This is where great small businesses meet failure. Their employees can’t be bothered to do their jobs. I just walked away. My husband came out of the bathroom and asked why I was no longer starving. He asked if I had let the girls know I was blind. I shouldn’t have had to say anything about being disabled because it shouldn’t have been so much trouble to provide even decent customer service to show off your maybe 9 products. The counter girls certainly had no problem returning their attention to their gossip. At no point after greeting did these two twits have any concern about making this establishment seem as good as it looks. I’d love to tell you they have incredible desserts and pastries but the counter girls were just too busy to do their jobs. We won’t be returning or recommending this beautiful waste of business space to anyone. Those counter twits should be fired and educated about work ethic. They were the nicest lazy people you will ever meet. If you want something from this place you should look it up on google. Maybe they can tell you what the dessert...

This is one of the best I've been to.
First, the coffee. Fresh roasted. End of story. Fresh coffee has a dimension that is not equalled. Our party had a iced drink, and an espresso. Each was carefully and meticulously crafted by the baristas. The crafting was not rushed. Perfect.
The location is great in the downtown section of Indiana, nestled amongst other shops and restaurants. We parked on a side street, and had no problem parking with my trailer.
Walking in takes you back to a time when higher society meant something. Decorated in a baroque style work bold colors, crystal, and deep color, you will be transported as you enjoy your coffee drinks. Relaxing music playing overhead, and plenty of semi-private seating will accommodate your needs.
Various eats were available, though we didn't have any.
A huge menu of specially drinks with clever names will tantalize you and compel you too come back often for something different.
If we were not just passing through, this would be a regular stop of mine. Take my word... You will NOT be...

As for the two start review stating that the woman was yelled at for having her dog in the Caffé, I just don't believe that any of the people working there would do that. Not only am I there so regularly that I've become friends with most of the baristas, it's a dog-friendly establishment. Your dog CAN go in and sit down with you. Either it was a new employee at the time who didn't know the rules and probably isn't still there, or maybe it wasn't an employee at all. I'm not suggesting it didn't happen, just that if it did, it was absolutely not one of the regular staff. I bring my large, well behaved dogs on a regular basis. Some of the employees bring their own dogs (when they're off the clock.) The owner's dog comes in often as well, she's friends with my dog Toby because they've met...
