Jess was are waitress and she would skip over are tables and give us dirty looks every time she came over. We didnât get no refills but once by another server, she was rude, and disrespectful. We had hair in are food and she was rude about it like it was are fault and we didnât even ask for a refund we was still nice said please and thank you everything but she was still disrespectful and rude to us so we only tipped her $1.00. As we was leaving she followed us out and told us to never come back that she has no time for childish a$$ kids. Me and my boyfriend said excuse me and told her she needs to go back inside and shut up and proceed to say letâs handle it by fighting so my boyfriend went inside and told the manager and she came up and told my boyfriend that she donât want to deal with children here because she has to deal with them at home even though the sign says âkids eat freeâ you would think it would be a kid friendly place. Keep in mind there was two 16 year olds one 17 and one 18 year old and a grown woman was trying to fight a 16 and 17 year old but once my boyfriend told her we was minors she went behind the door and said with the receipt that she has are names from are card and she is going to call the cops (she never did) but the manger was very nice and understanding about it and was very upset we had to go through it so I highly recommend not coming here especially with children someone told me after this happened that they was in there a few weeks ago and Jess yelled at them because there kids âmade a messâ. I have heart and breathing issues and the outside smoking section is right next to the main entrance. I tried to avoid the smoke both coming and going, but it still caused me to cough a lot. Inside is a kids play area and the kids were SCREAMING! No one asked them to hold it down or to stop screaming which made it really hard to enjoy our AWFUL meals. We ordered grilled chicken tacos that were 3 for $8.50. The tacos were grilled chicken, tomato, lettuce and DRY soft shells. They had no cheese, onion or anything extra. We did ask for salsa and the waitress gave us a very tiny side container. The tacos had no flavor and were super dry. If you think that was bad, there is more to come! We also ordered a grilled chicken quesadilla which was $9.99 that was burnt and dry! It did have sour cream and salsa with it, but there was not any taste. We mentioned the burnt quesadilla to the waitress but she brushed it off as the oven was too hot. Yes, we could tell it was hot! We will never go to Frickers again. They really need to work on their customer service skills, food that is actually presentable, has taste and matches the price that the consumer is paying.    Read moreFirst the good: The food was excellent. My wife got a steak, which I kind of made fun of her for because who gets a steak at Fricker's? I mean, it's a wings place, right?? That's like going to Long John Silvers and getting chicken (which she also does!) Then I tried her steak. It was AMAZING! My wings were still really great, though.
Anyway, while the food was good, the service wasn't. It was so bad it probably should deserved a lower rating, but the food being so good made up for it somewhat. We had a waitress take our order and then bring us our drinks and we literally didn't see her again until she brought our check. The waitress in the next area was really nice and covered as best she could and another person also tried to help, but things we asked for were forgotten more than once. It was a very long wait to get a refill on my drink, our ketchup was empty and we told our waitress and the other waitress but we eventually just swiped one off another table and they never brought another one, and I asked for more ranch which didn't come until we were about to finish up.
