Went to this restaurant for the first time with my husband and this is our new favorite restaurant! The atmosphere in the restaurant was pleasant and welcoming. The restaurant was 90% full, we were seated immediately, and surprisingly the restaurant was not loud as we expected since it was packed! We talked about how nice it was to be in a restaurant and have a normal volume conversation with each other with no issues hearing each other clearly. The staff was kind and attentive to the needs of the restaurant. the kitchen was fast making the food and it was absolutely delicious.
We tipped our waitress way more than 20% because of her specific attentiveness to my husband's order request for no tomatoes. When a different server brought out his meal, she appeared immediately, said to the server "no no tomatoes" and not even a minute later brought out my husband's order but without a single tomato!
Before we had the opportunity to ask for the check, our waitress was considerate and asked if we wanted anything else before she finalized the check. It was different from other restaurants because it did not feel like we were being nudged to just pay the check and leave to open a table, instead we felt welcomed to stay if we wanted to.
The restaurant also has an efficient pick-up system at the front entrance with separate cashiers where people pay and pick up...

I witnessed two such incidents this evening within the span of ten minutes while I waited for what is my last order ever at the establishment.
Exasperated, I pleaded with the cashier and a manager to refuse service to people without masks as the consequences of not will almost certainly be more infections and another shutdown of businesses. They meekly responded with lame excuses about how they couldn't argue with these people, etc.
I left before pointing out the risk their negligence is costing customers and...
Read moreThe food was really good. The prices were reasonable. Overall, one of the best Mexican restaurants that I have tried during my travels. The only feedback that I have pertains the outdoor seating. I have a family of 7, with one of us being a baby. That's a large family, but 7 people is hardly a huge group for a restaurant. That being said, we ended up taking over every table, except for 1, in the outdoor seating section. It's just a tiny area with uncomfortable chairs and small tables. I'm not sure that they can improve the space, but better tables and chairs are a possibility. Again, the food was great, so this is just feedback for...
