McDonald's — Restaurant in Indiana

I usually stop at this McDonald's. As to avoid the other two in town as their services are slower and they usually mess orders up. However today was unpleasant. I don't normally go to McDonald's ever. Maybe once a month if that. And so today I stopped in and decided to go through the drive-through First off no one spoke for a good three to five minutes while sitting there, finally someone answered. Secound as I'm ordering I'm cut off in the middle of my sentence by the women on the other end. Who so rudely said " I can't understand anything your saying!" And almost screamed it at me. For what point? You could have been a little more respectful about how you said it. Like excuse me I'm sorry I didn't hear you. So a little irritated myself I raised my voice and ordered again but this time the pleasantries were gone and I was short with her. She gave me my total and I headed to the window for yet another attitude, she repeats my order with a pissed off look on her face takes my money cashes me out drops the change in my hand and says yep have a good day and slams the window shut and walks away.

Needless to say I'm dissatisfied in the service in which I received and feel that if you can't talk to costumers regardless of where you work you shouldn't work in the sections that deal closely...

We visited the restaurant on July 7, 2017. We were looking for a McDonalds that was open late. The website stated that the restaurant was open till midnight. We got there at 10.25 p.m.The place was busy due to an event at the Indiana University. They locked the door shortly after we entered (about 10.30 p.m.).The manager told the guests not to open the door from inside for people who wanted to patronize the restaurant. Several people who attended the event at Indiana University arrived at 10.40 p.m.and were not allowed to enter. The manager said that they close at 11.00 p.m. but she did not want any more people coming in because they were busy. When it was pointed out to her that website said that they close at midnight, she said that she did not care about the website. She was rude. We got our food at about 10.50 p.m. and sat down to eat. I went to McDonald’s order food for dine in I wanted it fresh so they said I had to wait which wasn’t a problem. While waiting the guy who took my order gave me my cup for my drink because it was going to be a wait (which I had said I wanted a large water). I went over to the station filled my cup with water and then added a little sweet because I was still waiting a bit. Manger Julie walks past me doesn’t say anything and then when my food was ready for pick up she proceeded to tell me that I need to fill up my cup with water next time. I told her that I did and if she really wanted to she can charge me for the sweet tea that she saw. Doesn’t even know what fully happend and proceeded to assume. I just wanted to let everyone know how weird she is and scary like say something...
