Ok the food is great but the service and setting? 👎👎👎👎👎Would give them a zero if I could. All six times I had an issue, and the last time they refused to refund us even after canceling the order within two minutes, probably only one minute actually... of making the order(because they tapped on an additional 17 dollars in taxes or tips? I don't even know. Didn't even notify us, just ran it through after giving a totally different total. Refused to fix it so we canceled altogether. They kept saying the money would go back on the card eventually. Never did. Called daily for weeks and they finally just admitted to not bothering to give a refund since they started cooking the food we wasted their time?) There was no way they started cooking anything though, I canceled it almost immediately. So yeah they pretty much stole about 60 bucks from us after throwing on that extra money out of thin air. Even talked to the owner. He was the most rude of everyone I spoke to. The pizza is already wayyyy overpriced but it's my fiance's favorite so we kept going back....til that happened. Never again. And I will always tell everyone in the area how awful they are even if I'm not asked😂 literally had an issue every single time with something. Read moreI use to love coming to this restaurant back when I was in college in 2011-2013.. ate there very frequently, would take my parents there when they would come to visit, well sadly things seemed to have changed for the worse. I was sick all week wanted something light to eat like a salad and soup. My wife wanted a cheesesteak. We ordered the food for delivery, but very disappointed when the food came. I have been ordering cheesesteaks the same way for 20 years now, no Matter where I go. I only ever get Cheese, steak, and mayo. When it arrived there was almost no steak on the sub. And it had tons of mushrooms, lettuce, and tomatoes on it? My wife was pretty upset because it had no meat on it, and every single topping I asked not to be on it.
I called the restaurant to complain, and ask that they messed up the order to send me another sub.. I was speaking to the same person the 1st and 2nd time calling, and instead of apologizing, they kind of argued that “that’s how all their hogies come”. I simply responded, that’s not what I ordered and there is almost no meat on the sub. They responded with, “our subs only use one slice of steak” if you want double meat it would be an up charge?! This is a $13 cheesesteak… they agreed to send the other one back?? I would have rather given it to my dog, since I tipped the delivery driver $10. The second cheesesteak was made right but just as bad, as there again was the smallest amount of steak in it as you can see in the pictures.
The soup was chicken noodle that I’m pretty sure came from a can, and the salad was mediocre at best.. but was definitely not worth $14. I ended up spending $50 for a cheesesteak, salad, and soup. Sadly, I do not think we will be going back, since It was once one of my favorite...

I will be filing a formal complaint and a chargeback with my bank, this is completely unacceptable
Editing my initial review to reflect an even worse experience I had today regarding this matter…
On 9/18 I placed a pickup order for 1PM. With no mention that the restaurant had no power on the website, Facebook, ordering system, OR EVEN THEIR FRONT DOOR, I did not get my food as ordered. They still charged my account despite me not being able to even receive the food I paid for.
On 9/18 at roughly 3PM~ I got a call from Venice regarding the order I placed and they asked if I still wanted it. I said no and they said they would cancel it out.
Fast forward to 9/19 at 1:45PM I get a text message saying my order is ready for pickup, I did not place a new order… they took my order from 9/18, moved it to 9/19, made the order, and still charged me for it despite saying I no longer wanted it.
I called in when I got this messages and the lady on the phone proceeded to say they had no way to notify anyone of their inability to process orders yesterday (the owner was very quick to respond to my complaint through their website, meaning they had access to the internet) and said they couldn’t even put something on the front door describing the situation…
Absolutely appalled at how this situation was cancelled, all it would have taken was a “sorry, we will do better next time, and we have refunded your order” for me to have deleted this review.
