We decided to order taco bell through the mobile app tonight for dinner. We chose to pick it up because the last few times they have forgotten items so we wanted to check to make sure everything was there. We left our house about 15 minutes after placing the order online, and when we arrived, half of our was ready just sitting on the shelf for about 15 minutes before they noticed we were there. Another 15 minutes went by and they then handed us the other half of our order and said "I think this is it." We got to the car and started to check the bag and realized that we were missing two drinks and an order of Cinnabon Delights (2 - pack). We went back in to let them know this, and it took them another 15 minutes to acknowledge that we were there, despite them looking at us numerous times and then ignoring. When they finally acknowledged us, we explained that all we needed were two cups, and two Cinnabon delights. She handed us the cups, and then we waited another 10 minutes for the lady to realize that nobody gave us the Cinnabon's yet. She finally handed them to us and we left. At this point, our food had been sitting in the car for about 45 minutes or longer.
We got home and unwrapped the food, and realized we had three extra tacos. Tacos that another lady was also waiting an abnormally long time for, in our bag. Before we knew this, we witnessed the worker tell that lady that somebody else came and took them. Really they just mistakenly put them in our bag. The black bean chalupa was inedible because it was overwhelmingly soggy and greasy. The burrito did not taste right. The nachos were soggy from sitting. The Cinnabon delights that we waited extra for were inedible, they were rock hard. The WORST part is the fact that I opened the cheesy fiesta potatoes and was about to eat them and I noticed a small black hair sitting in them! (Picture attached)
Needless to say, I will not be...
Read moreAfter a long argument between my wife and I about where to get food, which is normal in my household. We decided on Taco Bell. My wife offered to run threw the drive-thru. I gave her my order and she headed out. Once she came back with the order the disappointment began. The order was wrong for my food. This is rather normal for me to get the wrong food. My wife asked for fresco style, because most of the items come without dairy (cheese and sour cream). My issue is that I can not process most dairy items anymore, I am not allergic or anything like that. I can eat items that have it baked in or cooked/prepped in the same area. Enough about my life, this is about the experience and the food. Most of my food came with cheese and fresco style. The receipt even stated that the items should not have cheese or sour cream. So the only item that was correct was a hardshell taco. My chalupas were wrong.
But the taco, let me tell you. It was a taco, it was what you expect. Good old Taco Bell goodness.
And now I wonder if the chalupas were as delightful as what I can remember of them. Well I will never know, until I build up the craving for Taco Bell again.
I know I could go back to get the correct item, but it's out of...
Read moreWhen my friends and I were waiting for our food an employee yelled “I hope you fail college” and made direct eye contact towards me. I was confused at first because I didn’t know if she was talking to me or to another coworker let alone if she was joking. I blew it off and my friends and I got our food so we went to a sit at a table to eat together. When we were done and started throwing our trash away the same employee looked me dead in the face and yelled “I hope you fail college” again in front of her manager (who did absolutely nothing of course) which had confirmed it was targeted towards me to begin with. I am new here and I had never met this person prior to that moment so there is no possible way I could have done something so terrible for them to yell “I hope you fail college” across a restaurant at me not once but twice. I do work at a fast food restaurant on a college campus so I do understand the stress of it all, and I hope I’m not coming across as a “Karen” because that is not my intention whatsoever, but I personally would never be so rude as to verbally harass a customer to their face in front of their friends. Honestly very disappointed with my experience here and will most likely never...
