I've only been to this location a couple of times, but I have not enjoyed this location overall. The most recent visit was today. I ordered their new crispy chicken sandwich deluxe, which comes with mayo, lettuce, and tomatoes, along with the chicken patty. I added pickles and cheese for an upcharge. I had a promotion on my McDonald's app where if I bought one sandwich, I would get free fries and a free drink, which is the entire reason I ordered the sandwich. There was a long line, so I opted to choose the curbside pick up option. While I was sitting in my designated parking spot, I could see that the line was moving rather slow. However, cars that I had seen at the end of the line soon received their food and drove off. It took 10 minutes for an employee to bring out my food. I know that this sounds like a "first world problem" complaint, and it is. However, from my experience, mobile orders are prioritized above drive thru or walk in orders, so when I saw the cars at the end of the line receive their orders when I hadn't yet received mine, I was puzzled. The main issue lied with the crispy chicken sandwich deluxe. It was not a deluxe. There were no tomatoes or mayo, just the patty, lettuce, and the pickles and cheese I had asked to add. Essentially, it was just their regular crispy chicken sandwich with added cheese and pickles. The cost of a deluxe is more expensive than the cost for the regular sandwich, so I went inside the location in order to notify them of the mistake and to receive the proper sandwich. When I went inside, I saw that an employee was wearing their face mask incorrectly. Their nose was not covered. When they made eye contact with me, they pulled their mask up the proper way. Later on, that same employee took off their mask in order to drink from a cup right in front of the work station with the chicken patties. I understand needing to stay hydrated, but to take off your mask right by food that's being prepared/will be used is a huge concern. The employee that delivered my order approached me. I explained the situation, but they were confused. I told them about the tomato and mayo not being on the sandwich that I ordered. It seemed like the employee did not know what ingredients were supposed to be on the sandwich that I ordered. The manager spoke with the previous employee, then joined me at the counter. I then told the manager about the situation, and they went back to speak to the line employees. However, the line employees seemed clueless as to what the manager was saying. The manager had to repeat themselves. Upon doing so, the manager pulled down their mask completely to speak. It is very concerning to me that the employees of this location do not wear their masks correctly while directly near food that will be served to customers. I was then given a new sandwich. Upon returning to my car I noticed that the sandwich still did not have tomatoes. I made my way inside again to explain that my sandwich was still not a deluxe. I had to once again explain to the same employee that brought out my food initially that the deluxe comes with tomatoes, which my sandwich did not have. The manager then came over, I relayed the same information again. It was only then that they told me that they were out of tomatoes. I told the manager that their app said nothing about this location being out of tomatoes. The manager explained that they have trouble with the app sometimes. Why not tell me that they were out of tomatoes the first time I came in? I asked if I could get a voucher of some sort, and they said that they could refund my order. They motioned for me to give them the sandwich, and then they threw it away! I told them that I would've still eaten the sandwich, I just wanted it to be free after all this trouble. They said I could get something else and that they'd pay me back the difference, so I got a Big Mac and some extra fries. The fries were good, but I soon lost my appetite thinking about the maskless incidents, and did not...
Read moreThis is worst McDonald's I've ever been to! I work around the corner from them. Where do I start..... to begin with when u say u open at 5am then maybe u should be open at 5am! 6 times I've went there between 5 and 6am and they aren't open. One time the manager took my order at the drive up. I pulled to the first window and nobody came. So I thought I was suppose to pull up to the second. I got half way and I hear a man screaming $6.83! The manager was leaning halfway out the window screaming at me! He came to the second window and jerked the money from my hand and then shut the door while I was trying to explain! He sent someone else up with my money. Then my husband and I went through the drive up and the same thing happened. It was a different manager and this time when the manager came to the second window to get the money he looked at my husband and said "I TOLD YOU THE FIRST WINDOW!" I had to stop my husband from getting out! Then the times we've sit there in line for 10-15 minutes for our order! And then u get it and it's wrong! I ordered an egg mcmuffin one morning and it didn't have egg on it! What the! One of our clients came in and said they know 2 different teachers that live here, that drive 3 miles into Zionsville to get breakfast at that McDonald's! And then back here to work! How can we blame the employees I guess when the management is worthless!! I have lived inLebanon all of my life and that McDonald's may make a mistake but they never in all my years treated me so horrible. It's a shame this area is such a nice area to have people like this. Yes I called the number in the window and complained and I don't feel that the person took it very seriously. So we go out of our way to go to any other McDonald's now. My fellow employees all have stories too. I could...
Read moreI’ve tried and tried giving this place chance after chance. When you have littles we all know this what they want. Whether it’s picked up there, inside or drive thru, or delivered, it’s never fresh. It’s literally 12:40pm all food should be fresh during a lunch rush!! Once my husband and I were in the drive thru we asked for everything to made fresh. We had to wait, which wasn’t a problem but, we waited for 20 minutes. Watched a guy walk out with a bag, hands all over the food, went to 1 car and then back inside with the bag. I finally went in and the manager said oh he couldn’t find you… what?! We were in the spot your employee sent us to. When I asked for fresh food bc the worker had his hands in it I got different fries because “the sandwiches are in boxes, so he didn’t touch those” absolutely insane!!
I just ordered delivery for my little one and I and nothing was fresh during a lunch rush that’s just unacceptable. I’m literally 5 mins away so even if they waited on a driver it still would have been fresh and not rubbery fries and fish sandwich or nuggets.
Anyhoo, given the amount of negative reviews and nothing has changed I highly doubt they care about these reviews but I figured it’s better to post this than to try and argue with an...
