Subway — Restaurant in Indiana

I usually really love getting sandwiches here in between classes or late nights, especially when the brunette female worker helps me (i’m so sorry i don’t know her name). However a new employee helped me today, he was a middle aged man. He mumbled and slurred over words, almost seeming inebriated. He cut my bread very short, shorter than the 6inches I ordered. After putting the protein I asked for- he piled it on and only put two small slices of cheese on top. He immediately moved on to putting toppings on and I had to stop him and asked him politely to please toast it. After this he started mumbling and huffing and toasted it for like two seconds- the cheese wasn’t even slightly melted after he took it out. He then put barely any toppings that I ordered- which in ratio to the insane amount of protein he put on was ridiculous. Throughout my order he very quietly repeated or asked things and I had to ask him to please speak up. When he would raise his volume, he was still slurring his words. Once done putting together my sandwich, I asked for a large fountain drink. It was at this point I realized he had no gloves on and instead very nasty wet hands. After paying, he never handed me my cup so I assumed the cups were near the fountain drink. Once I realized they weren’t I asked him for a cup- he searched around looking for them even though I myself could see them, he handed me a medium sized cup but I didn’t realize until I left. As much as I love the food here and the sandwich tasted fine, I was very disappointed in the environment and hygienic way this was handled. I’d say check this man’s sobriety or service- more concerned on his way of acting than the way my sandwich was made. I...

My wife came in and placed an order for 4 ppl the dark haired girl that was making the food never made one of our sandwiches. So we get home and realize they only made 3 of the sandwiches and one was missing. Look at the receipt and realize she only rang up the 3.and the way they rang up my sons kids meal cost more because they charged me individually instead of the kid meal price. Had to drive all the way back to that location to get my daughters sandwich that wasnt made and left off. Then im greeted by a red haired guy who was coughing while making her sandwich. Like the entire time. Not happy how that played out. Im absolutely calling corporate tomorrow because if the girl can't do her job rite she probably shouldn't work there. And they need to make thier employees wear masks if they have a cold instead of coughing all over thier production line with no...

First and last time of ever ordering here. I ordered a sub through the mobile app, picked it up and got a completely different sub than what I ordered. Brought it back only to learn that whoever's sub I got, got mine. With two girls working there (Hannah and a clearly new girl with blonde hair and glasses) there's no reason for a mix up of ONLY TWO online orders. No responsibility was taken, instead just excuses of "we had two online orders side by side each other on the counter". Literally only ordered from here because of a deal through the mobile app, but next time I'll know to just skip it and order in person at the one in the Walmart here that'll actually give me the correct sub...
