Burger King — Restaurant in Indiana

I’ve gone to this Burger King multiple times and it’s always a terrible experience. It’s always understaffed. Employees are rude and behave like they don’t want to be there. They won’t help with anything or any issues. Drive through line takes so long most of the time that you won’t want to wait for your food, this has happened multiple times. Avoid it, go to Chic-fil-a across the street, or even McDonalds that’s just right down the street.

Update 6/19/24: service is absolutely terrible and you should never go there. A bad review was left directly through Burger King and the manager asked my friend picking up the order if they were me, who left a bad review. Completely unprofessional, this behavior is childlike and immature. How is one to know food isn’t tampered with? What if it was me that was there? What would you have done? Lose your job because you wanted to be even more...

It took 25min to finally get to the drive thru window (with only 3 cars ahead of me)to pay for my order, which was already sitting in the window. As I was paying, another customer walked into the restaurant. The employee walked away from the window (& from my already prepared order) to assist the customer that had just walked in to place an order. This took another 5min. By the time I received my order I discovered that, not only was my order wrong, but it was (as you might’ve guessed) cold. As I had already spent 30 mins waiting, I did not have the time to wait for my order to be remade. I understand the dynamic in fast food can sometimes be problematic, as I worked in the industry for years. However, management could improve on better directing employees to expedite orders as they are queued, to better prevent a similar experience from happening...

Even tho the website offers the 2 for $10 whopper meals don’t expect it at this location. It’s even on the menu board at the drive thru. The lady at the speaker was incredibly rude and very unprofessional. Her attitude could definitely use an upgrade. There’s also a promotion on the website stating bogo whopper but not able to use that at this location either. On the plus, the fries were hot and fresh but could have used a little less salt. I’m not a fan of wearing more of my sandwich than what I eat but it’s definitely something I have become accustomed to at bk when I order a whopper so it was a nice change to actually get to eat the condiments instead of wearing them. So if it hadn’t been for the poor customer service I would have given it a higher rating but I was not impressed by the lady...
