I know Taco Bell is fast food and not fine dining, but this location is just awful. We have never gotten our food quickly, and it’s always wrong in some way or another. The worst instance happened this evening. My husband submitted a mobile order for in store pick up on the app. I went to go pick it up and the door was locked. I called them, and they were only doing drive through. They told me I could wait or call and cancel through the number on the app. Considering the line was wrapped around the building and at a stand still, I attempted to call. There was no number to be found on the app. I called them back to see if they could provide a customer service number. I was told they had no phone numbers and to try Googling it. I could not find anything, and since we had already paid for dinner for our whole family, I proceeded to get in line. I literally sat in their line for an hour. AN HOUR. AT TACO BELL. Once I got my food, I had to remind them that I had ordered drinks. I then checked that everything was there and felt warm (the app said it had been made a long time before I made it to the window). When I got home to eat, I opened my grilled cheese burrito, and this is how it looked. Ridiculous. I completely understand that they were short staffed. Everyone is short staffed right now. However, we did exactly what we should have done for a quick and easy experience. We ordered ahead, paid ahead, and it was made. All they had to do was bring it to me at the door and they refused. So instead, I waited for an hour, wasting my time, and received lukewarm, haphazardly prepared food. I could have gone to a sit down restaurant and eaten quicker than this. I have all the patience and understanding for being short staffed, but getting one order out every 7-10 minutes at Taco Bell is absolutely absurd.

Once I arrived home and my family starts eating we find that our order was wrong. Items that were ordered in a quantity of three was doubled to six. The items ordered in the quantity of six we received three. The spicy grill cheese burrito was not spicy no big deal things happen. HOWEVER when I call the store and explain what happened the first thing the woman on the does is takes a huge irritated deep breath as if Iv offended her. Excuse me? She immediately interrupts me and tells me the order was not wrong she made it. Stunned at the unprofessionalism with her tone and attitude ask if she was the one who put the items in the bag with a very disrespectful attitude she snaps it doesn’t matter she made the order and that it nothing was wrong with it. I tell her I get if she made the order but again ask if she put the items in the bag. At this point she’s borderline yelling at me threw the phone that she’s not replacing anything that the order was made right. Never again will I return to this location with how unbelievably disrespectful the staff is and how unprofessional they treat their customers. Ma’am if you can’t hold your composure please go work somewhere you don’t have to deal with people because Taco Bell customers do NOT deserve that kind of disrespectful and unprofessionalism. Never again will I return.

My daughter is in the hospital, and to take a break from hospital food I stopped to get us some Taco Bell. They didn’t put the only thing my daughter wanted in the bag which was cinnamon twist. They didn’t even grill either of the burritos and didn’t grill the cheesy roll ups. I’d rather have more packets that one or two, but they put around 50 packets of sauce in our bag.

Our entire order was messed up. We ordered 2 of the big cheese-it crunch wrap meals. Fries were freezing cold, no cheese dip, beefy 5 layer burrito had 3 layers, crunch wrap was soggy. Luxe cravings box, the chalupa supreme was mostly bread maybe a tablespoon of toppings (all together) beefy 5 later burrito had 3 layers. A regular crunch wrap supreme meal, the crunch wrap wasn't a crunch wrap, it was meat and cheese only no other ingredients were there, no taco at all. the cheese-it tostada..... They gave us a regular cheese-it cracker.....🫣, no toppings at all! We ordered our grandson a chicken quesadilla, it was so hard he couldn't even eat it, the cheese was like it was welded to the wrapper and that was all the cheese that was on it, there was 3 pieces of chicken and about 2 inches of plain hard tortilla around the edges. This is the worst absolutely WORST taco bell I have ever been to. That's saying a lot! I never expect taco bell to be fresh and hot. This was down right despicable and disgusting. There's nothing worse than having a busy day and stopping to grab food so you can go home after work eat, take a shower, and go to bed but you have to prepare food anyway because what you bought is going to make you sick. I will never, go back to this taco bell, you couldn't pay me enough. I recommend going anywhere but here! Ibvs! We were going to go to Burger King and decided to go here instead,..... Big...
