I usually don’t leave reviews, due to the fact that I work in the restaurant industry myself. My grandmother, her friend and I came in yesterday before the big storm @ 7pm 5/16/2025, my grandma had ordered fries and they sat in the window for about 10 minutes, she had also attempted to order, A hot fudge sundae, but the employee said that the ice cream machine was broken. they sat there for about 20 minutes waiting for a six piece tender basket with cheese curds. while we were waiting those 20 minutes, they are handing blizzards out of the drive-through window. by the time we got our food, it was incorrect, and whenever we said something about it, the employees walked around the corner, and continue to talk loud enough that us guest could hear them being disrespectful. by the time we got our correct order, and my grandmother had asked why they were out of ice cream if they were handing blizzards out of the drive-through window, and the girl that took the order, then went over and asked if they had ice cream, and they disrespectful manner, and was told yes that they did indeed have ice cream in my grandmother. Finally got her ice cream after being there for around 30 minutes…
I understand this is a fast food restaurant,( and i’m guessing 90% of the staff was high school students by the way they were acting) and there was a storm on the way, however, you should never be disrespectful to You’re paying patrons.

Read moreI have a different kind of sub-par experience every time I go here. But the location is convenient as a Newburgh resident who craves an ice cream treat late evening. Recently the wait in the drive thru has been extra long, even when it doesn’t appear to be busy. Tonight when I went through the drive thru, we waited forever and it was evident why once I got to the window. The person making the desserts was obviously pre-making blizzards but not in order, so 2/3 were made minutes before we got up there. And the dessert person kept handing blizzards and the drive thru window girl was obviously confused on what she was being handed, and asked multiple times for the hot fudge sundae (our last item after the 3rd blizzard). Everything was visibly melted when they were handed out the window and she didn’t give us lids after asking for them. The cherry on top was the fact that they were overfilled and melting, so ice cream just kept spilling all over for the entire car ride home. I try to have patience as I understand these teens are probably paid very little and work in fast paced, stressful environments— I worked fast food for 8 years, I get it. But geez. Read moreMany complaints about my recent visit. Blizzards came out as milkshakes and the cups were covered in ice cream. Absolute mess. No care or attention to detail. There were a lot of employees in back and it wasn’t as if they were overworked and understaffed. Just simply didn’t seem to care... They did however have time to joke around and play on their phones. Awesome!
Employee clocked in and began working without washing hands. I admire them getting right to work, but not when they are handling food and disregard safe food practices. Unacceptable.
The manager needs to get this restaurant up to standards. The amount of complaints this place has in regards to professionalism is atrocious.
