I love Peruvian food. I had the lomo saltado (sauteed beef) calzone and two bread sticks. The bread sticks were excellent, so was the dough on the calzone - beyond great, actually. That's why I was so disappointed with the calzone. The beef stir fry was way too salty. I can tell there were a ton of great flavors in there that would have been fantastic to pair with the calzone dough, but the saltiness made it inedible. I'm taking it home and making rice to tone down the salt because that's really the only way this would go down. I hope someone reads this and realizes the recipe is fantastic without the need for all the salt... ...Or maybe I went on an off day and it's not actually supposed to be that salty.

We ordered the 16” Margherita pizza. It was a little pricey so I had high expectations. The crust is pretty good and overall the pizza was decent. My only complaint is that the sauce was not pushed all the way out to the edges and as the pizza cooked the sauce seemed to pool in the center making the pizza pretty sloppy to eat. In addition when you got 3/4 of the way finished with your slice all you had left was crust. Evenly distributing the sauce on this pizza could have dramatically improved the experience.

This review currently pertains only to the pizza & cheesticks (will update as we try other items - I realize Peruvian might be their forte, but the name is a Pizzeria so I felt this was fair): As the only pizza option in the Garage, the New York style by the slice was ok, but the dough could have been improved in terms of both structure & texture. The cheesticks were improved in terms of crumb & structure but would benefit from more salt. Excited to try some of the actual Peruvian fare in the future.

This place is in The Garage, which we’ve never been before and absolutely loved the atmosphere. Cool industrial stuff all over, some really neat old skookum air compressors as display pieces, nice seating, great attention to detail on the building itself.

We went at around 7 pm, they weren’t busy and had our food out quick. The lady at the front was really nice and professional, they got our food out to us pretty quick too. Everything is made fresh here which has a drastic impact on flavor, everything was really really good. Best fettuccini Alfredo I’ve had in a while, the pizza is awesome, everything is traditional Italian style which I did not expect from a place like this.

16” Pepperoni Mushroom pizza 5/5

Fettuccini Alfredo with shrimp 4.5/5 only because the shrimp didn’t have the tail shells peeled, the pasta itself was a 5/5.

Pepperoni breadsticks 4.5/5

Pink Rigatoni 5/5

Also got Tiramisu which we took home and haven’t tried yet, and a bottled water, order came out to $62 something before tip. Which is a little pricy but definitely worth it. This place blew me away. If you like Italian food, you will...

One of my friend was doing a project with them as part of his college and got to know the owner. He highly recommended me to try this place and was speaking high of the owner & Food Quality. So I visited. If it wouldn't have been his recommendation, I would have greatly missed this place and the amazing fusion food it offers. Really amazing food, great choice of Menu and served very hot. The atmosphere of the food mall is much complementing to the overall experience. Must try. It might be slightly hard to notice or find this place, its tucked in the corner and their signage isn't big enough to get noticed only until you are actually in front of the restaurant itself. Possibly signage is the reason people do not notice this amazing place once in food hall. And Thank you for giving Pizza by the Slices, helps a lot with family having kids, Every kid gets the pizza they want and we do not have to buy whole pizza for everyone. Overall, great place, highly...

The cashier and staff were very disrespectful. I originally was going to two order shrimp Alfredo for my friend and I. But they charge $10 to add meat to both. Which brought my total to $38. It was a bit pricy for me because we were just sampling foods in the Garage Hall, so we decided on getting the lasagna. The staff made fun of us in Spanish and made us feel very uncomfortable. They must not have known we spoke Spanish as well because we ordered in English. So once we got our lasagna we tried it and the bread tasted expired, even though it was toasted and buttery. The lasagna itself was served in a tin full of grease and left much to be desired. Now I could chalk the food up to it just not being my preference but the staff making fun of us and calling us poor is unacceptable. We...
