The people were not friendly and the wait was extremely long for no reason. I didn't even get bananas on my traditional acai bowl with no explanation. Disappointed in the overall service of my overpriced 12 oz. acai bowl.

Thank you for your response. I changed the ounce size on my review. I appreciate the correction. I commented to your staff about the weather and how nice it was outside. I said I hope they can get out there to enjoy some of it, while I was paying. No response. I do want to add that I came there around 3:30p and counted 5 people behind the counter with possibly another in the back during a time of day when it was slow. I've been there during the busy times, like lunch, and had to wait, but understandably. My wait time was not due to multiple customers. That would have been acceptable. I sat patiently for almost 15 minutes and did not get what I wanted. I didn't even get a kind response when I asked where the spoons were. It was almost as if it was a problem that they had to respond. The gesture was cold and there was no eye contact. I even gave a tip and commented on how cute the miniature animals were on top of the tip jar. No response. Sadly, it wasn't just one person that was rude. I understand that the bananas may not have been ripe. That happens. It was the lack of communication for me, on top of the lack of customer service. I'm not just dropping by. I am also driving there, fighting traffic, fighting thru the construction, paying for parking and choosing to spend my money there. I'm not looking for anything from this review other than to create awareness around customer experiences in establishments where money...

I recently visited the Twenty Two Juice Bar at The Garage Food Hall, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Upon entering, I was eager to try their much-talked-about cocoa açaí bowl. However, the service was disappointing from the get-go. The staff member who attended to us was noticeably rude and dismissive, which set a negative tone for our visit.

We ordered the cocoa açaí bowl, expecting a delicious and refreshing treat. To our dismay, the bowl took an exceptionally long time to be prepared. Given the simplicity of the dish, this extended wait was frustrating and inconvenient.

When the bowl finally arrived, it was shockingly small for the price. We paid $10.00 for what seemed like a meager portion, which was nowhere near worth the cost. The açaí itself lacked flavor, and the toppings were sparsely applied, making the whole experience underwhelming and unappetizing.

The atmosphere of the place did little to improve our experience. Despite being located in a lively food hall, the juice bar’s area felt cramped and poorly maintained, lacking the inviting and vibrant ambiance you would expect from a place specializing in fresh, healthy food.

Overall, I found the visit to be a major letdown. The combination of rude service, high prices, long wait times, and lackluster food left a bad taste in my mouth. I would not recommend Twenty Two Juice Bar to anyone looking for quality service or value for their money. There are certainly better options in the area that offer a more pleasant...

Extremely rude service from the cashier just now. Arrived to pick up a delivery order and wasn’t greeted by either cashier for several minutes. Finally got their attention with a polite “excuse me” and she barked “we’re finishing it now” as if I should have known that. They acted like I was a nuisance the whole time I was standing there with other customers waiting on my order. My order was finally slammed on the counter and I had to ask if it was mine. I got a very abrupt head nod as a sign of yes, I guess, and was still met with rudeness by the cashier. The other one making the drinks never acknowledged me either, seems like she just goes along with whatever attitude the other one has. I’ve worked in food service for 16 years and would never be that rude and dismissive to someone who’s supporting the establishment I work for. Very bitter and angry girls for such a nice place.
