I wish I could give the Restaurant a negative 1. I come inside this restaurant everyday between 2-5 with my children. I came in 6 days ago with my 8,2 and 5 months olds. My daughter was helping me with one of my 5 months old Slipped and fail with my youngest in her hand by the door. I went to the front after the crowd went down and I asked Mr. Ron could he put like another carpet or a sign down because it was Slippery coming inside the door because it just got done raining. He laughed at me and my kids falling my 5 month old could have been really hurt but instead of making a deal out of it I tried to help this establishment because that’s a big Lawsuit if you come across the right person. So after that I asked for the manager she was with a older woman. I waited nicely. Just for the manger Heather to tell me how could they fall maybe your sayin they fall on the end of the rug. Then she turned to laugh then turn by to me and say well did Ron see them fall I said no it was a crowd and just because I didn’t want to make a scene I picked my kids up and rushed to the Usual table that we always sit in. I made sure they were fine. So me still Calm I said now what if my kids have gotten hurt would that be funny. She told me to get out. I asked for Corporate and I caught her in front of her and as I was on the phone with corporate she was still talking crazy to me and they heard the whole thing.so that made her even more mad that I was on the phone with corporate so she called the police and corporate heard every word. Read more1st the Sticky floors. Unruley kids came in twice, eemed t made me forget about the other stuff... The staff did not call police and should have ... Although staff believed they handled the situtation... If they would have.... the police would have been arriving at the time the juveniles returned. They put everyone in the dining room as customers... And themselves and other Staff in danger... (They could have returned packing loaded weapons....) The staff had to be even told the kids were back... Staff had not even stayed on any kind of alert of the situtation that had just occurred....
Before this incident happened we had just told Chris ( I think was his name ) We had been to several restaurants trying to find a clean one to eat at... He assured this one was top notch. It was more than just sticky floors... Then this happening with kids... That stole drinks caught red handed by staff... Yet just being asked to leave... The retaliation accelerated creating the problem to become worse giving the perpetrators control of the situation.... Your staff needs better training in these kinds of situtations to... I believe staff did the best they knew how to... Aside from... The not paying attention right afterwards... W/I maybe 5 to 10 minute lapse... Fortunately your staff & customers are ok so far. Read moreThe food is always good. However, my experience tonight was unfortunately frustrating. To beat the drive thru line, my boyfriend and I decided to order inside. The sign on the door clearly states the closing time is 10 pm and the DINING ROOM IS OPEN! Yet, both doors to paying customers are locked. When an employee sees us standing at the door, he just stands there and shakes his head. Meanwhile, I'm trying to yell through the window about the sign that says WE'RE OPEN! Instead of finding out what I'm yelling about, I get ignored. At this point my boyfriend and I have to jump back in line, where we waited and waited and waited. At the window, he asked the employee about the sign. We are told the dining room closes at 8 pm but the drive thru stays open until 10. Okay, that's fine. My boyfriend then states that maybe they should let people know, to which the employee says "I don't know how we would do that" and shuts the window. With this statement, we are both left absolutely dumbfounded. It's called print out a new sign with the correct hours.
