I run an income daycare. The kids were hungry and supposed to be a special day. We ordered 2 medium roast beef 2 junior roast beef and 4 medium fries. Now my four daycare kids ages 2 and 3 do not eat much...so we were going to cut the jrs in half... Split the fries. So each child would get half roast beef... Half fry. My wife gets home and of course there is 2 med roast beef. 3 med fries... The kids sitting at the table waiting to eat. Looking excited because they get ARBYS! So being a parent...a good daycare provider...couldn't break their hearts.. I take my wifes and my med roast beef... And split both in half. And give to the 4 children.... Then i have 3 fries. I give each child half a fry. Everyone knows curly fries....it's not that much...so all that is left is a medium fry for me and my wife...REALLY? So we call...after nicely explaining our situation....manager says...I'LL REPLACE YOUR JRS??? Really...how can you replace if we didn't get in first place... Our EXPENSIVE sandwiches are given to daycare and WE GET JRS? Well I'm upset... This isn't the first time we've had a problem with this location...USUALLY WE TRAVEL TO THE FARTHER DOWNTOWN LOCATION...but in our hurry..we had a lapse of judgement. After a good valid argument for 10 min. They took our name and number and promised a total order replace... Great! Ty... ONLY....when my wife got there and explained who she was they argued with her about the order again..saying they are not going to replace 2 med roast beef because of 2 juniors and a fry...really? ... Ok can't we compromise?? They argued and argued... They gave us two med roast beef. No fries... No I'm sorry...no here have a desert on us later...NOTHING. READ THE REVIEWS...something needs to be done... This location has more than just a couple...

Nope. Not here. Wonderful customer service! The second we walked in the door it was like a high end restaurant. Very pleasant greeting, didn't feel rushed at all. They made sure every detail of our food was there. Asked questions every step of the way to ensure that.
Clean! Oh my gosh, clean. Every 3 minutes someone was out in the dining area wiping off tables, sweeping the floor, gathering trays, making sure trash didn't need changed. Being in the restraunt business, I was very impressed.
We were even approached while eating to make sure everything was fine. This never happens at McDonald's or a Wendy's. At least the ones I've expericed.
Did I mention the food was phenomenal? Thank you Arby's on East Street! Definitely 'our'...
Read morePouring rain and strong gusts of wind battered us as we walked through the woods. My hands bound with the barrel of a Smith and Wesson against the small of my back. My nose was bleeding without end. He got more and more frustrated at my limp, but in reality he was lucky I was upright after being struck by his car. The moon, nearly full, sat above us, seemingly watching this unfold. I prayed someone would see us. As my last attempt at life I cried out into the darkness "Someone please help me!" But as I knew all too well, nobody's screams carry in the pouring rain. He kicked the back of my knee and I fell face first into the forest floor. I thought to myself, I'd never have met this man if I'd never ordered those curly fries and the horsey sauce. My brain matter was then painted across the autumn leaves. We...
