My husband went to arbys thru the drive thru. After paying he was immediately told to pull up so they could have better drive thru times. We live right down the street. The food was cold. The chicken in our wraps was rock hard. Our large fry was far from full. After throwing the food in the trash because that is what it was. I was told I was trying to get free food. I was also called lazy for calling up there instead of driving up there. We had spent over $20 on the food and wasted gas going up there the first time. With gas being almost $4 a gallon. I did not see this as lazy. When I asked to speak to a manager the young person on the phone changed her voice. I know this because not one person on God's green earth has a voice like that. I find it sad that I work hard for my money to have it stolen by people like this. I would never dare give people old and cold food. Much less cheat them of portions on already overpriced items. The management team is super unprofessional. I told the girl on the phone that my husband refused to leave the house for a second time this evening and she instructed me to keep the old food and bring it to her the next day. Not once in my life have I ever had anyone ask me to keep old petrified fast food to bring back at a later date. That is so sick and disgusting. In fact there have been times where they handed me the food thru the window and it has been wrong and they have told me they can't take it back thru the window. Though I insist because if it is wrong I WILL NOT EAT IT!!!! I love the fact that she decided to insult me saying I was trying to get free food when I hadn't asked for anything. I was only trying to inform her of the low quality of food I was provided. After she mocked me she hung up on me. I called back just to be mocked some more and be hung up on again because they were busy. Busy cheating people of there money if you ask me. I would suggest going to the other Arby's on Pendelton Pike or any other Arby's withing 15 mins of this one. Waste of time and money and if they wrong you they are obviously not willing to make things right. Please save yourself the headache and disappointment on this one. When I arrived, I pulled up to the drive-thru and proceeded to ask for my order. After about 5 mins, the worker gave me my order. I asked her if it was freshly cooked and she said, âNo online orders are cooked to order, and if I wanted it that way I would have to ask after I got there!â I said what was the purpose of the convenience of online ordering if I would have to wait an additional amount of time for them to COOK it FRESH? When I pulled around he gave the very distinct impression that we were a bother and an annoyance. I ordered a large Jamocha shake for my daughter and a sandwich and chicken bacon ranch fries for my other daughter. The sandwich and the fries were hot and fresh and very good. The shake I got was not only not a large (it was a small) but it was not a Jamocha. It had no color or taste to it and no chocolate drizzle on top. It was a plain vanilla shake. When I was in the middle of asking him about the shake, he shut the window on us and walked away. I am appalled by the lack of customer service.
