0 stars First I wanna state that the audacity of the workers is very disrespectful. As I come home from the gym I decided to order chipotle 4 bowls with toppings . As I receive my order I notice there were only two and what was in the bowl was not what I ordered. Therefore I called to complain and have them try to figure out what they can do to finish and help me with my order. I spoke to manager Matthew he proceeded to tell me he was going to remake my bowls that was fine I agreed and headed to the chipotle. Walking into the chipotle a Caucasian man automatically states “what’s your problem” this make me fairly defensive as I proceed to explain to him the situation he goes and finds our order, so I open all of the bowls in front of their face and immediately start to explain to them why there were unacceptable first the bowls were a bare minimum of food they weren't even halfway full second they didn't have the cheese we requested on them. If y'all would have seen these bowls you would never go back to this chipotle.I still kept my cool and asked for them to remake the bowls in my face. Matthew comes from the back and disrespectfully says “i literally just made these bowls Im not remaking them” so i simply show him what he made and explained how I wasn’t going to take this . We then get into it over whether or not the bowls were up to par . At the end of the day I am disappointed and I feel disrespected like i said the audacity was crazy. I will be leaving comments to the boss boss Matthew should think next time he decides to Blame his employee and contradict them at...
Read moreIt was around 5pm, I asked for a bowl with brown rice, no beans, veggies, with sofrita. My friend asked for white rice, pento beans, veggies and sofrita. However they ran out of sofrita, so I asked the lady if they will make more. She said, “I don't know,” and didn't even bother to ask the kitchen or anyone else. Standing there and staring at me for awkward 5 second, I asked her if she can give me chicken instead. She did, but my vegetarian friend and I didn't realize that she mixed up our order until we paid and ate 1/3rd down. The mistake was, she put the chicken on the order that has beans and white rice, while my order has no beans and brown rice. My friend and decided to keep eating because we didn't want them to throw away food. However my stomach was in pain for the next few hours because I don't handle beans well. The casher was great though. He was slightly younger, but way more aware of what's going on. Asked us if we need water and came to asked us if he can take the tray for us. Not many people at 5pm, about 4 customers at most, but the restaurant was exceptionally dirty. The seat was greasy with corns and lettuce scattered around tables and floor. We had to get a paper towel to...
Read moreMy wife and I wanted to go out for valentines day. We tried Chipotle for the first time. The place looked dirty, and staff wasn't really helpful. Nice lady only suggested 3 tacos with stuff on side so we can make them how we want. (But that didn't sound appetizing) The portions were little and not much of a variety. The drink station was sticky and dirty. Tea was nasty and the lids wasn't even covering them. Straw papers were all over the place. There was trash in the silverware bins. The line pans were dirty and mixed (like cheese in the sour cream, beans in the meat, brown rice in the white rice, etc) and wasn't cleaned. The tables were dirty and a lot of stuff scattered on the floor. We sat there and at the table after cleaning it off ourselves. We watched as someone came out and straightened the straws only! There was only 3 customers in the place, about 5 employees from what we could see. We got 2 burrito bowls, (our rice on the side) and an extra tortilla to try. Chips with cheese and 2 drinks. Over $30. My bowl wasn't even half full. My chicken portion...
