Every time I go to the store, they never have spicy chicken. The parking lot is small and packed, you have to wait 15 to 20 minutes in the drive-through before you can even get your food or order at times, due to staff, taking breaks to go and smoke or run into their car to grab their vapes out of the car or heading conversations and intermingling with one another rather than doing their jobs taking and filling orders. The food is good, but at times the chicken is over crusted and fried too hard. You cut your gums, biting into the chicken. The sides are typically fresh and warm. There were several of us in line and we all really felt sorry for the young man. In days like today, we need to celebrate young people that want to work and be productive because the alternative is far more common.
Food service is more than cooking and serving food, it also requires a level of professional etiquette. If things aren't going right the customer should be the last to know. Clearly this was a training issue, but because the manager chose to fuss instead of assist, he's likely already lost this young man.
The look of embarrassment on his face was disheartening. I will be contacting the store because I was once a young man working in a fast food restaurant, and I know how it feels to be taunted instead of trained.

As i sat in the car i noticed that ppl were getting there food fast. I got to the window and was greeted my Tia i let her know i had a big order and she said ok. I gave her my order and she got to it. It was just her and the cook on duty and they were getting it done. I have never had service so fast and accurate. The food was piping hot and delicious. I appreciate the hard work Tia and the cook did. The way they were moving those orders you would think they were fully staffed. 🤗 Kudos to them for the great...
