Received “slaw” and “Okra” = TWO SIDES CARGED FOR THREE SIDES. My wife brought lunch home and realized she is MISSING ONE OF THE THREE SIDES MENTIONED ABOVE. I drove clear back out to STORE #7392 to get what she paid for. The brain-dead argumentative manager told her that I “owe her one of the sides back!” WHAT??? We ordered THREE SIDES! 1+2=3 but in the manager’s false reality 1+2=2! RECEIVED TWO SIDES! And I’m supposed to hand over one of the sides? The brainless manager claims that the family meal only comes with two (2) Large sides. O.k. Then why on earth would my recipe clearly display THREE sides? We chose the two sides! And ordered an extra side! Received everything EXCEPT THE LARGE ORDER OF FRIEDS! Oh and they tried telling me that their mashed potato button isn’t working. So what? I didn’t order mashed potatoes. I went to the Church's Chicken on Lafayette Rd. on September 13th, 2020. After waiting in line for 15 minutes or longer I get to the window and the guy gets my order wrong and he has no gloves on dipping his hands into the ice chest making drinks after handling money. How safe is this place during a pandemic? I told him that he didn't get my order right and he starts arguing say you didn't say you wanted that on your order. Well I can add it now are you going to pay for it? I can pay for my food I wasn't trying to get anything for free. With him handling cash and food with his hands forget it. I suggest everyone watch who is touching your food and drinks at this establishment. I also saw other employees not wearing masks and not using gloves. I was in the area doing errands stop at churches to bring it home. Order a family pack spent $27 I asked for peppers I live 7 miles from church's chicken I get to my house and find out don't have the peppers, So I look on receipt and I call them back immediately they would not answer the phone I called until I showed up at the store, They were about to close would not let me in made me go through drive-through as other people were going through drive-through and backing up and leaving. Gave me my peppers but did not compensate me for all that extra time That I spent turning around To go back, I asked him to give me a tea that is just something to drink which I had already purchased earlier, But just give me something from my trouble they ignored me and pretty much let me know that that answer was a no.
