I placed two different orders online for pickup in order to take advantage of multiple coupons. I placed the orders around 9:10 pm, well past the rush time of the day. The website said they'd be ready 20-30 minutes later for pickup, so around 9:30-9:40 pm right? My girlfriend and I left to go get the food at 9:37 pm and arrived at the store at 9:50pm. I told the person at the window I was there for two orders, both under the same name. They went and checked and said they should be coming out in a few minutes. I then stood there for about twenty minutes before someone came and asked me again what order I was waiting on. I then told them again and they checked and told me it would be another 8 minutes. I sat in my car for about 8 minutes and went and checked again. They told me it should be out shortly, so I stood there for a few more minutes. They FINALLY brought out one of my orders which consisted of a large pizza and some bread twists. I asked where my other order was, they went and checked and then told me it would be another 8 minutes. I went back to my car to wait again, went back about 8 minutes later and they finally had my other food. They apologized for the (45 extra minute) wait and said they'd be refunding the second order back to my card and gave me a free drink. When we finally got home with the food, we opened the pizza box and it was missing a topping and wasn't even cut and the twists were doughy and undercooked. Not to mention, the pizza was mostly cold by the time we got home. I used to work at a much busier dominos than this and we never had screw ups like this. This dominos wasn't even that busy when we got there and yet they still didn't have my pick up orders ready in less than an hour and they barely got them done in an hour and a half. I don't know what was wrong with the inside people Sunday night, but something needs to be done. Whether it's additional training, different shift leads, or new management altogether. This was very disrespectful how long we had to wait for our food considering that we were told it would be at most 30 minutes. Saying that we were disappointed by the service would be a drastic understatement.

Honestly, I will not be shopping with this location anymore. This was the 1st and the last I, my money, and food will be disrespected. On this past Thursday, I waited almost 2 hours for a delivery of a medium double chicken n double cheese thin crust pizza and a16 piece bone in wings for my pizza to look the way it did. The pizza box was beaten up. The 1st pizza was hard as a rock almost n not edible. It looked like puzzle pieces. The 2nd one was fresh n that's it. The delivery driver was high as a kite ,(I let him keep the change; it was 35 and i paid $40 cash) n he dipped before I could look. When u look at these photos you'll be able to tell the difference. I waited 2 days to review because I wanted to calm down then the next day was my late mommy's Birthday. All in all, I called the restaurant and the man that answered didn't give a care n not once did he apologize do that told me he knew and truly didn't care. Once my pizza was redelivered, it was by a different person and I was sad that I couldn't tip him because that was the end of my cash on hand. I called the next day and told of the recent day before behaviors n iwas apologized to by the staff member that answered but smh, not cool at all at how poor my customer service was given n my pizza didn't have extra cheese again but I digress. Next time, I will just shop n eat at Marcos or pizza hut. Thank you.

Unfortunately, I was unable to get a answer at the store. I’ve been on hold for over 26 minutes so good thing I wasn’t trying to older- insert my eye roll here. I’ve given up on talking to anybody. My order is finally on its way at 6:15 for what should be a less than 10 minute drive. Fingers crossed! Considering it’s now 6:26 all hope is lost on this entire experience! I cannot think of one thing that went well. With all the reviews I looked at while waiting, I guess I will be lucky if my order is accurate. Just when I thought this experience was over I get a message that my order was delivered definitely wasn’t. By the time I make it to dominos while On hold again with the store, the driver calls! Worst experience ever

I usually check reviews before I order from any restaurant. I’m don’t know if I’m more upset about the service or at myself for not looking at the reviews! It took them what appears to be a hour to start preparing my order. When I placed the order it stated the order should be delivered within 70-80 minutes; I felt that was excessive but I was busy working! THE WORST!!!!!!!!!! Horrible customer service!!!!!!!!!A month ago I order some pizzas from them online. After placing my order online it said my order should be delivered in 33 - 43 mins. After a hour and a half went by I call up there to check the status of my order and they said it should be there soon. I told the young lady that answer the phone I was quote on online for a delivery time of 33 - 43mins from time order was place. She then put me on hold for a 1 min and came back and said they never quote a time for less then an hour. I told her then they need to fix there online order system because that was the time I was quoted for and it had been an hour in a half. So after getting off the phone with her my order took another 30mins to arrive. The delivery guys was nice but they had forgot some of our order and the food was barely warm. SMH. Called back up there and a guy answered he was rude and did not apologize for the missing items and cold food. He said his manager told him they can give me a credit for my next order. So anyway fast forward to today. I placed another online order for delivery. As soon as my order was place the money was taken off my card. I received a phone call from Dominos. I missed the call and called right back. A young lady answered the phone. I told her I got a missed call from them and she ask for my info and put me on hold. Another lady picked up the line and said we have to cancel your order because we are not able to deliver to you. I said ok and asked her is there a reason why and with a attitude she said because the whole neighborhood is ordering for delivery and we only have one delivery driver. I told her ok. That's not my problem. I was just asking why my food can't be delivered. She then said they reversed the transaction on my credit card and if wanted to place a order for carryout I could do that. At that point I was over the whole situation and just said no thank you and hung up. I use to work in customer service jobs and I would have been fired or written up for the kind of service this Dominos has shown. I don't know if it's the area I live in or what but the majority of the places I have ordered for delivery has been horrible customer service and always a issue. Just unacceptable!!!! Very disappointed!!! People save your money and don't waste your time on ordering from...

On Tuesday, April 30, 2024 at 8:30 PM I made an online order. I was at Myer just around the corner picking up my groceries when I got done at Myer. I drove right around the corner to Domino’s to pick up my pizza when I got to the door, I knocked the employees just stared at me so I knocked again. The employees just ignored me and stared at me finally after about three minutes, and Man came to the door who was going out for a delivery, which is probably the only reason he came to the door. I proceeded to tell them that I needed to pick up my order, a lady came to the door and was saying that they were closed and that they were not taking any more orders. We advised her that we ordered online and had already paid, she was asking what the order number was what the order was what the name on the order was so we told her my husband who is blind was dealing with her so he came back to the car to let me know what was going on when we went back up to the door. She was very rude Hispanic lady short with dark hair she is very rude. I don’t know if she is a manager or not but if she is, she probably should not be in customer Service at all. She is so rude and not treating Customer like that. Can’t see who is walking back-and-forth because she is being rude and not wanting to deal with him when the store doesn’t even close until 11 PM, 9 PM this event occurred.
