This was aweful!! 1st u cldnt find anything. 2nd all the broccoli was marked 5 for a $5 but apparently some1 misstocked it and it was actually $3.49ea. 3rd the self checkout belt was malfunctioning so every item wld roll down 2 the metal part & then it wld make u put it back on the belt. I wld have 2 double check every item 2 make sure it rang up & then when I was finished the lady behind me (which now looking back she never rang anything up so apparently she was not a real customer but a "plant")pushes towards me reads my screen and then says if ur truly done push pay now. I said thank u I know I just wanted 2 make sure it rang up my items. I pressed the pay now button & out of nowhere this woman pushes me out of the way scans her card & stops my transaction. She grabs my last item scanned goes 2 the screen & her & the lady shove me out of the way & start reading the screen & she's like it's scanned. She throws it back down w/my other items & looks through those. Finally I'm like what r u people doing I was done. The one lady scans her card again & just walks away without saying anything at all & the lady behind me was like just call it a good deed. What good deed did u do 4 me exactly besides shoving me several times and highjacking my order & not apologizing. Now I don't weigh 100lbs & I have a brain tumor as well as tumors on my liver lungs bowels kidney &etc. I get out of my house u can literally count on ur fingers a year that's not in a hospital or Dr. Office. By the time I made it home I was bleeding & was bleeding f/2 days & had 2 go in 4 a blood transfusion f/their shoving. What wld they have done if u had made me fall & have a seizure or worse yet. R u in the habit of mistreating ur customers, treat them like criminals and when ur wrong not even apologize. Before mistreating ur customers try fixing ur malfunctioning machines. This is a prime example why ur losing business. U don't want or appreciate customers coming into ur store. U taught me a very good lesson though. I'll not shop at ur store again. I'll shop where I'm appreciated either Walmart or even Amazon. The 1 star I did give u was only because the REAL checkout lady was kind. THANK YOU NOT A CRIMINAL AND DON'T WANT TO BE TREATED LIKE ONE& DON'T WANT TO BE PHYSICALLY HARMED WHEN...

There are wonderful employees here that must love their jobs because it shows in how they treat customers like myself when I first arrive into the store. (Marilyn) and (Willie) are some of the most delightful, professional, friendly greeters I have ever met. They both have assisted me with inquiring one of the mobile electric buggies so that I may shop freely in the store. Willie was so kind as to provide me with a face mask đˇ as I had requested. Upon my arrival to the pharmacy my face mask accidentally broke and I kindly asked the (Pharmacist, Mr Gerald) if I may have a new face mask along with my prescription I was picking up.    Read moreI just left Meijer 30 minutes ago, and while I was at the checkout, a lady with shoulder-length, salt-and-pepper hair and glasses came over to help me because the red light on the machine went off. Although the camera was showing her what happened, she asked anyway, and I explained. After seeing that everything was fine, instead of clearing the screen and leaving, she instead decided to scan my five jugs of water, which I didnât mindâless work for me. Then she started to put pink stickers on the bottles. I told her she didnât have to, but she told me it's a requirement and that I won't be able to leave the store with my purchase if they are not placed on each and every bottle. I left it alone and continued scanning the rest of my items, but she kept talking to me, which I ignored. Then she said, âDo you need me to call the manager for you?â in an irritated voice. I don't recall whatelse she said because I decided to tune her out.
I realized this woman was having a bad day, so I decided not to engage with someone in that state of mind because I could see where it was leading. Instead of leaving, she hung around and asked, âIs that everything, or do you need anything else?â
I told her, âThank you, youâve been helpful,â and continued to pay for my items. I removed the stickers from my water bottles and had no issue leaving the store with all my...
