Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Indianapolis

I Called the store to place a Takeaway order. I was in a hurry, I Was in town due to a Sad event in my family and I was staying at the Embassy Suites a few miles down the road. I went to pick up my order. I did not look in the box because I was in a hurry, but when I got back to my hotel room, the pizza was completely burnt so much so I could not believe they even put it in a box in the first place otherwise I probably could’ve managed it, but it was like a burnt cracker. I called. I spoke to a person by the name of Zander or Zeyfer not sure Not sure exactly of the pronunciation. Anyway, I was leaving the next day and did not have time to come back and pick up a pizza because they were actually closing within 30 minutes. He gave me a $25 refund and said it would be there until I came back or it would just be under my phone number. So I ordered another pizza From a Domino’s that could deliver to the hotel I was Staying at. The credit did not show up no problem. The kids had to eat so I just paid for called the next day that the credit wasn’t there but they couldn’t refund it. OK, no problem. I’ll come back in town order another pizza but when I came back. It was the worst experience I have ever experienced in customer service Literally. This person pictured below, was so extremely rude. She even called him on the phone and he was rude as well, but she was on her personal cell phone, not on the company phone. He had actually deleted the Credit. How do I know? Because she told me while he was on the phone. To make this very long story extremely short, she literally ignored me, walked away from the cash register and started making one of the 53 pizzas that they were behind on. How do I know they were 53 pizzas behind you ask? Because she made sure to tell me that when she walked away from me and began to ignore me. I wasn’t yelling, I was not screaming, I did not raise my voice, I simply asked. What should my next course of action be so then I can get my $25 back. I stood there. She helped somebody else as if I wasn’t even standing there then she went on to make pizzas. It was very humiliating as she talked to her other coworker, in the background picture, about me while I stood there listening to her. Didn’t get her name because her uniform was filthy and her name was rubbed off, but this is her picture. I can’t get the $25 back and I’m actually not even pressed about it. It was...

Basically they cancelled my order after 2 hours of me waiting and didn't even call and I live 3 min from there. I should have just picked it up but was exhausted from working all day. I called after 1 hour to see what was going on because it said it would be here in 25 to 35 min, the guy was really nice and said let me find out and said it was still there and they were leaving right now. I said okay thats fine i know your busy was just checking to see the status. So another 45 min passes and i decide to call back to see what was going on. They had 3 different guys on the phone giving me different stories but eventually claimed the first guy forgot to deliver it and it went bad so they had to remake it so they told me they left the store to deliver it again. They then claimed that they came here, (which they didn't because I was watching for them out the balcony the whole time), and couldn't get ahold of me by phone said my phone wasn't accepting calls which isn't true, and so they left. My apartment is accessed by key fob so I was watching for them to pull up the entire time so i could meet them out there but they never showed up. Also they said they even texted me, which they didn't! I seriously couldn't believe I just wasted 2 hours of my life just to have my order cancelled and not even contacted about it. I don't care what they want to say they lied about that whole scenario of calling me. If you mess up just own up to it I won't be mad just fix the mistake! But telling me I'm lying about them not coming here is complete BS! And so unprofessional. They didn't even apologize. Then the guy said we could reorder it for you again, I was like no not after waiting 2 hours and what wait another 2 hours again just for it to be cancelled again?! I've only ordered from this location a couple of times since moving here and never had a problem before, but I will never order from them again. I read bad reviews like this at this location but decided to see for myself how it was and never thought they would be right. I get places being busy that's fine and I'm willing to wait, but lying about something like this is ridiculous. This is on a Friday night around 830 so maybe the weekend shift just absolutely sucks but never again...

Now My Favorite Pizza!

No longer the place that had fair pizza at a fair price, Now the pizza place with Outstanding Taste at an excellent price!! I'm always looking for bargins, but I'm one that lives to eat, so great tasting food is number one, and Domino's has both! They've improved so Much over the years, that I Honestly do Prefer them over my old favorite pizza hut. The hand tossed crust has a garlic flavor and now I'll actually eat the crust. Many cheese's to choose from, plenty of topping choices and excellent Italian sausage marinara pasta. I expected the pasta to have little sauce and little cheese, but NOPE, it was perfect! Some complain of skimpy toppings on the pizza, but I've come to realize that I don't need every bite to have sausage, I like they instead use big chunks of Italian sausage so that there's no doubt what I'm tasting. I always thought the best pizza was smothered in toppings, but as I'm older, I appreciate Tasting each ingredient! With Domino's the flavor is Outstanding and this is what I seek. Sure, if you only get one topping, I'd double it, but if you do 2+ toppings then the ratio is fine. If you haven't had Domino's lately, give them a try! The store near me #2666 knocks it out of the park Every time!!! (Which for me is every week.) And if there's a problem, always let the business know, most places will make it right to keep you as a customer. And don't forget to let them know when they've done a great job. Everyone does better when they've been recognized and appreciated! Cinnamon Twists are cooked Perfectly and taste Wonderful! The icing has a really Good flavor and quite a bit comes in one cup. I went ahead and got an additional icing as I Love my sweets! Yet one cup may be enough for...
