Best customer service in all of food service. I called to ored and wasn't sure on what I wanted. The man over the phone told me to take my time to think. He stayed on the phone with me for 5.45 hours, explaining in Great detail every item on the menu. He had me clothes my eyes first. He then hypnotized me and I suddenly thought that I was at a 5 star Michelin restaurant with the most gorgeous man alive. I could talk all day about this experience but I'll cut to the chase. I ordered a large pepperoni with 3 large orders of breadsticks with extra cheese, for a total of 8 cheese cups. Cheese runs through my veins. Anyways, it was splendid. The young man made me feel amazing, to say the least. I was back the next day, 4 hours before opening. Thats when I realized that I may have a problem. Donates got me all hot and bothered. So I headed back to my mother's basement and made a order for delivery. Then we all lived happily ever...

I'll lead with their pizzas are always good and the staff has always been great during at least 10 visits for pick or delivery. We ordered two large pizzas and 12 wings last night. I wake up this morning after not seeing the wings.

The reviews won't let me post a photo for some reason but THREE "wings" were smaller than the length of a standard pen. After years in food service I'm not naieve enough to think they aren't frozen wings from a bag. However, this is how companies lose loyal customers. I don't know how whoever was working the fryer on July 3rd thought, "Eh, send it out. Whatever,." was a good idea but that decision was noticed.

The best advice I have is to check your food when you get it. This is not a cheap pizza chain. Don't let them shake money out of your pockets...
