I am beyond dissatisfied with the level of service I received from Papa John's Pizza. After placing my order and being told that it would be ready in 8-18 minutes, I was made to wait in my car for an hour before my order was finally ready. This was a complete waste of my time and left me feeling incredibly frustrated and disrespected.
To make matters worse, when I finally made it inside the restaurant, I was met with a huge line of customers and a manager who was completely unprofessional. They argued with me in a very ghetto manner, showing no regard for my time or my business. It was a humiliating experience that left me feeling belittled and disrespected.
The fact that I had to wait for an hour in my car, unable to go about my day because of this delay, was excruciating for me. I had places to be and things to do, but because of this delay, I was unable to move on with my day. It's simply unacceptable to leave customers waiting for such an extended period of time.
As a paying customer, I expect a certain level of respect and professionalism from any establishment I choose to do business with. Unfortunately, my experience with Papa John's was anything but professional. The delay and the manager's behavior were both completely unacceptable and have left a lasting negative impression on me.
In the end, I left the restaurant feeling incredibly dissatisfied and disrespected. I will not be returning to Papa John's in the future and will be sure to spread the word about my negative experience to anyone who will listen. It's my hope that the management will take a hard look at their customer service practices and make some serious changes to ensure that their customers are treated with the respect and professionalism they deserve.

Read moreEDIT 2: I have to give credit where credit is due. Ty is a man of his word. He has done a great job getting a good staff in this location and turning it around. EDIT 1: My last order was PERFECT! It was delivered to my house, on a Saturday night, in just under 30 minutes. It was made well and delivered exactly how I ordered it. The delivery driver was polite and professional and followed my delivery instruction. After so many bad orders, I am hesitant to give them more than 3 stars. If they keep this up, I will update again. I was a delivery customer who went straight to corporate with my problems so I have no comment on the staff other than my delivery driver. When I told him that taking 3 orders at once was a great way to not get tips, he was very apologetic and explained to me the problems they had with staffing. I appreciate the honesty but it did not make my pizza hot. I have had problems with them sending me undercooked pizza, and even after requesting a well done pizza, this pizza was undercooked and cold.
I got an email from a man named Ty, who handled my concerns very well. He acknowledged all of my concerns and assured me they were known and being fixed. He informed me there would be a new manager 4/22/2019 and offered me a chance to give them another chance on him. The amount of coupons he sent do come close to the amount of money wasted over the past 6 months or so, but I appreciate his honesty so I will give them another chance to change my mind until the coupons run out.
I understand the staffing problems most restaurants are having so I want to take that into consideration but I am sick of wasting money for sub par service and product. Its not only Papa Johns, its most corporate restaurants.

Read moreI’m very disappointed with my recent Papa Johns order. I ordered pizza, wings, a brownie with a 2 liter Dr Pepper. The food arrived not hot or even war; cold, soggy chicken and a pizza that looked like it slid around during delivery, which was also cold. I was shorted the 10 pieces of chicken I ordered. The 2-liter soda was fizzed over when I opened it, likely dropped and damaged. I didn’t order through DoorDash; I used the Papa Johns app, but wasn’t told it would be delivered the way of DoorDash, which would have made me hesitant to place the order. Where did my tip go that I made on the app? The DoorDasher didn’t have a hot bag and didn’t come to my hotel door, I had to go down to the desk to pick it up. I’m here for business and usually have great experiences with Papa Johns, but this time was very disappointing and did not feel like I got my money worth.
I would not reccomend this place.
