I'm thrilled to share my fantastic experience at Topper's Pizza in Indianapolis, Indiana, where the star of the show was undoubtedly their mouthwatering "Buffalo Chicken Pizza."

From the very first bite, I knew I was in for a treat. The crust was an impeccable blend of crispy and chewy, providing the ideal canvas for the explosion of flavors to come. As a true buffalo chicken enthusiast, I had high hopes for this pizza, and I was not disappointed.

The buffalo chicken topping was a symphony of taste sensations. Ohhh Toppers. First the service was not really up to par the last couple of visits. This visit in particular I placed my order online and arrived at Toppers about 7 minute after the time that it said it was out of oven ready to go. I enter and am not greeted. Waited for a couple minutes and a gentleman approached the counter and just looked at me. Okay than. I said hello, I ordered online. He states the total. I pay and he goes back and says, it will be out the oven in a few. He then leaves the restaurant (I assume he was a driver). I stayed waiting for 6 minutes more are I notice the orders stacking up on the heat rack. Other customers come in and wait along with me. The lady at the oven after an additional 3 minutes after the other customers come in finally comes and starts searching for other customers orders. Though I'd been standing for quite sometime I donnot lose patience and await my order. She finally gets to me and give me my order. The food has been delicious for a while. But recently, it's been slacking off a bit. After I got my order, you can see the quality in the photos I post. Toppers did me dirty. Pizza small , bubbles in Crust visible with all the ingredients pretty center loaded as if it were slopped together. Horribly distributed butter/garlic sauce on oversized Crust.

The customer service was literally out of this world. My buddy and I are visiting Indianapolis for work and we are originally from Chicago. Our Uber cancelled on us so we decided to walk. We did not realize the walk would take nearly 30 minutes and we were covered in snow. When we got there, we were ready to purchase our pizza. We shared with the manager our walk and she said, “oh my gosh guys, I want you guys to enjoy this pizza on us. Also, please grab a drink.” We insisted on paying but they refused to take our money. They then topped this with offering to give us a ride back following our meal to save on an Uber via one of their delivery cars. Furthermore, they gave us great coupons to come back and took a picture of us for their wall of fame. The customer service was one of a kind. Specifically, we were treated by Kimberly Charles and Patrick Andes and they were fantastic, kind souls. The food was great, but beyond that, the customer service was incredible. You’d be a fool to not love these people and spend your money at their fine establishment. Good people are hard to come by and their are plenty of GREAT people working here. Truly, thank you so much Kimberly and Patrick. They both definitely deserve a raise and belong in management where they can hire/train new employees in the manner that they treat others.
