I usually don't leave written reviews but I think this store needs some attention. I've visited at this location before maybe last year or the year before and it wasn't that bad, but my recent experience was pretty rough. The employee that prepared my food was nice enough but the food prep area was a disaster, most of the toppings were missing or really old, and there was alot of food debris lying around. Just generally needed cleaned up and wiped down, and they needed to freshen up most of the items. They didn't have the new spicy chicken prepared and didn't offer a time when it would be ready again. After checkout I requested a knife and some napkins, the employee just pointed to a container that housed the plastic knives. I again requested some napkins and was told they didn't have any. I followed up with asking if they meant they didn't have any up front or at all. The employee just said "I don't know" and didn't offer to go find any. Ironically enough, I had just saw another customer before me request napkins and the employee went to the back to retrieve them for that customer. So either they were just out of napkins or the employee just didn't feel like going back to check for me, I'm assuming the latter. Regardless, the food wasn't bad but definitely wasn't fresh, and the experience left me with a poor appetite anyway due to the food prep area and the way I was shrugged off. I love eating at Qdoba, but I'd recommend avoiding this place for now until they can address some of these issues. And looking at some of the other recent comments, it looks like others have had similar...
Read moreI came down for breakfast, arriving at 7:05 am. The door was still locked. When I pulled on the door, the two employees inside looked at me, then mouthed something to each other and went back to working. So I waited. Another customer, a door dasher, I believe, came up a few minutes later. He knocked on the door, then walked over a ways and knocked on the window. One of the employees eventually agnoleged he was there. The dasher showed him his phone, and the employee showed him his order receipt and then motioned for him to chill out. Then the dasher got back in his car and waited.
I continued to wait at the door until 7:15am. The employees looked at me a few more times while I stood at the door. Never once did they come to speak with me to explain they were running behind or to let me know when they would be able to open the door. Or even put a sign on the door. All they did was look at me and ignore me. I could not wait any longer and had to leave to get to work.
If your posted opening time is 7 AM, please open at the time you post. Or change the posted time to reflect when you will actually open.
Also, if you have a customer waiting, please train your employees not to ignore them. I am not unreasonable. I know things happen and delays happen, but say something. Don't just ignore your customer.
I will not be trusting my morning to this...
Read moreI’ve visited this location a few times as it is on my way home from work. The food is good. There isn’t a question about that. The service however isn’t good. I’ve refrained from writing a review in hopes the bad service I’d experience in the past was a 1 or 2 or may 3 time thing. It’s each time I visit this location, the service was not good. I’m never greeted. A simple, “Hi may I help you?” Is all I’m asking for. Common sense courteous customer service. A smile as if you’re happy to be there would be nice. And after I pay for my food and I say thank you, can the staff be trained to say, “You’re welcome! Have a nice day !” Thank you for choosing Qdoba! Anything but just stare at me. The staff just stare at you instead of asking how they can help and stare after you thank them for you. It’s the same all of the time. Almost like they don’t know how to speak. I’ve refrained from doing this review but service is bad. I always think twice before stopping here because of the bad service. Please train your staff on good ole fashion common courteous customer service. I never get any napkins or eating utensils. That should be common also when someone is ordering a Taco Salad. Please step it up guys. Training, training and more training. ...
