I try to give places the benefit of the doubt when things dont go right. Today I placed a order via UberEats since I'm sick and wanted to treat my 9yr old for being a awesome helper with her baby brothers while dad is out of town. I ordered a Blue Raspberry and Strawberry Coolatta as part of a deal on the app. I had a driver picking up 2 orders for me the drinks from Dunkin being the 2nd stop. I watched as my driver drop the order and only brings me my 1st order. I asked him what happened? Why he didn't pick up the drinks? He told me the employee(s) told him my order had already been picked up and didn't offer anything else. I watched as my order get picked up and dropped by 2 more drivers (which assume got told the same thing). So I called Uber support and they canceled my order since it was stolen. I decided to give Dunkin a chance to redeem themselves and placed a order again sadly this time without the deal I originally had so extra fees added plus 2 donuts. I had promised my kid this drink for her going above and beyond, so I wasn't giving up. I watched as it got assigned to a driver. He then messages me that they didn't have the drinks if I wanted anything else. How? You just made that drink likeb20 minutes prior? Were my drinks actually stolen the first time or did you just not have the drinks available to begin with? Things aren't adding up. So upset and disappointed at this point, I called Uber support again and told them what my driver said and requested my order to be canceled. Uber tried to call the store to confirm they didn't have the drinks and they started hanging up on the support lady the 3 times she tried calling them! UberEats canceled it for me thankfully. My time and all the 4 drivers times were wasted! I can see why this place has such bad reviews. I run a store on my own and would never treat...
Read moreI used to stop at this location approximately 3 times a week around 5:30 pm on my way to my second job. I always order "On the Go" and pick-up thru the drive-thru. Unfortunately...I stopped going to this location starting within the past two months due to rude customer service when I get to the drive-thru to let them know I am picking up. Just recently during my visits, mind you, I order the same drink each and every time, has been made incorrect. On one occasion, my drink was made with no milk and handed to me. On two other occasions my drink had little milk with too much syrup. I could not even drink them. I even went to work to add 8 oz of black coffee to it and it was so sweet it din not help. So...that is three drinks that I lost my money too. Mind you...my drink is an Iced Coffee (Dark Roast) (if any of the locations have it) Most of the time they don't. Anyway...my drink is an Iced Coffee, Dark Roast with 4 Skim Milks and three French Vanilla Swirls. No brainer....right??? I have complained to corporate one other time and the store manager never called me at this location. I just recently called the corporate to complain and after 5 days finally received an email that my case was forwarded to the franchise owner. So now....let's see how long it takes the franchise owner to call me back and resolve this issue???? Also, why is it that every time I call the corporate customer service line there is a 20-25 minute wait time until I speak to a live person. Corporations and Franchise owners should know that "Word of Mouth is your Greatest Asset or your Greatest Downfall." I will follow up with another review of this location to let you know if the Franchise Owner along with the Dunkin Donuts brand...
