Last night I had ordered take out and had gotten shrimp dinner that includes fries Cole slaw and red sauce and had also ordered fish dinner with fries tater sauce and Cole slaw... paid more for the meal so we could get the fries and slaw get all the way home to discover that we only got shrimp and fries and fish and fries and 2 pieces of bread, I simply called back the store and said I just order the shrimp and fish and no slaw or sauce was with my order the lady tells me well I don't know what to tell you I didn't take your order. You can come back and get the sauce then. I said I wanna speak to a manager so she said actually I am the manager, I said when someone orders food you make sure you have the correct items in the box before you send out the order if the menu says the stuff comes with it it comes with it I said maybe tell your employees to double check the orders so you won't have a Pissed off customer calling and I hung up the phone!!!! The so called manager decided to call me back and leave this voice mail about how unprofessional I was to call and hang up and she was gonna offer me a free meal but sense I hung up on her and was unprofessional she wasn't gonna give me a free meal now..... I'm just in shock she had the balls to leave me a voice mail and was very snotty and rude to me and called me...

Came to pick up an order that my work placed. Drove up and the place looked closed; the open sign was off and none of their other lighting was on. The entry smells like sewage. Walked in to the cook sitting on the counter on his phone. I made my way to the register and a woman barks an order at me asking if it's mine. I told her the names it might be under to which she snaps back that that's what she said. I politely told her that I don't know what was ordered, my job was just to pick up, so I didn't want to claim an order that wasn't mine. She continued to be ridiculously rude through the remainder of getting the order ready. I can't really speak to the quality of the food because I didn't have any of it, but I can't imagine any food being good enough to put up with those people...

This place used to be really good as far as food and service. I went today and ordered philly cheesesteak with cheese on the fries. The lady who works there is so rude, has zero customer service skills and looks like she doesn't even want to be there. I get my food and there's barely any fries or cheese on the fries (which I paid extra for the cheese). I proceed to show her and ask for more fries. She gives me a dirty look but did give me more fries. However it wasn't even worth it. I leave, eat my food and the fries taste like they've been cooked in weeks old oil (tasting like fish and chicken). The philly cheesesteak was sub par. I don't know what happened to this place but at this rate they need to be closed or make some changes. Needless to say I...
