When we went, it was a couple hours from closing. There were a few people still inside. We ordered, got our drinks, and picked our seat. There were multiple tables still dirty with dishes. An lots of workers just standing around not doing anything. We waited around 15 minutes, before my husband's food came out. And then I was informed that mine was still cooking. They could have let me know, when I ordered. That there was going to be a wait on what I ordered. So by the time I got my food. My husband was damn near done with his. I waited close to 30 minutes for my food. After my husband had already gotten his. I had to ask for our breadsticks. And then when I got my food, I ordered lasagna. There was A LOT of sauce, but not much lasagna at all!! Me and my husband were not impressed at all!! All our food was mediocre and didn't have much flavor to no flavor at all!! My lasagna had way too much sauce on it, and it had barely any ricotta on it. The noodles weren't even cooked all the way. The breaksticks were the best thing of the meal!! It was definitely much better when I went as a teenager. Me an my husband both were not impressed at all!! And I used the restroom there as well. It was definitely one of the dirtiest restrooms I've used, in a long time. The toilets were dirty inside and out. The seats were nasty, with mystery hairs on top, inside and under the seat. The floors were dirty as well. With all the worker's that were working. The whole restaurant definitely should have been cleaner. With all the worker's that were there. They all weren't doing anything but just standing around and talking. All in all we probably won't end up going back there...
Read moreI suspect if we were to catalog all restaurant reviews across the world, it’s likely not all that many are focused on the fast food or fast casual segment. Especially sharing a great experience. (I bet there are a bunch, though, that talk about some person with a surly attitude.) A great experience is exactly what we had. So good that I want people to know it.
One of the team members was outside the restaurant when we arrived. She noticed us approaching the door and she went over to the door and held it open for us.

Then she hopped behind the counter, smiled, welcomed us in and generally engaged. Eye contact and everything. She didn’t hate the fact that she was there. Her presence behind the register made our presence on the other side a genuine delightful experience.

The dude preppin’ all the food back on the line, he noticed we walked in and hollered, “Welcome to Fazoli’s!”

Everyone was kind, our questions were answered, there were multiple passes with the breadsticks (very important) and then we were thanked.

A great team doing the normal, friendly things in a fast casual restaurant, is almost a relief it’s so rare to come across. I’m glad we found it here. Kudos to this team. Your smiles make the world a little more tolerable. Please keep up...

Fazoli's is the hug from your mother after school...a kiss from your wife after a long day...or a dog snuggling up on your lap while you watch TV. Dining at Fazolis is the equivalent of walking into an air conditioned room when it is 96 degrees outside.
I wake up every day trying to figure out how I can place more of their garlic breadsticks directly in my gullet. The staff at Fazoli's is always polite, and makes great recommendations every time (I have had spaghetti with meat sauce 45,233 times in a row).
No need to check out a fancy Italian place. Bring a white table cloth and a big appetite and leave with a happy tummy and a lot more in your wallet. Shun the non-believers!!!!!!! My affinity for Fazoli's knows no bounds!!!!!!!!!!
I am not sponsored by Fazoli's but I bought a shirt off of eBay once.
I am 33 and hope to spend every major milestone of my life at Fazoli's moving forward. As Squidward from Spongebob once said, "I love...
