Fisher's Pizza Fish & Chicken — Restaurant in Indianapolis

Don't let the hole in the wall exterior fool you, or the tiny waiting room that has seen better days. The food here is the real deal, with an owner who is clearly passionate about making really good, hand made food with a lot of love. Our party got three dinner platters - chicken, ocean perch, and catfish nuggets - and all of it was great. The breading is crispy and has a nice flavor, and despite being fried, isn't greasy. French fries complement these dishes nicely, as well as the seasoning blend that tops it all - definitely get the seasoning blend when prompted. The serving sizes range from filling (perch) to borderline excessive (catfish nuggets), and the prices are extremely reasonable.

They didn't have malt vinegar for my fish - though he offered to splash it with some of his own before I left - but that's not enough to knock a star off this experience. So clearly you can see my family loves pizza 🍕!!! This pizza is topping my list! First I love the owner he is always nice and friendly. Your food is cooked to order so it’s fresh. As you can see finally a pizza that is fill of topping from the center to the crust. It’s not real greasy and it taste good. Prices are affordable and comparable to most places. We got 2 ex pizzas for about $40 bucks we normally have left over of both but the around them world which is what is pictured didn’t last an hour we had some of the cheese...

This was a place that the looks don't due it justice. Looks like a "hole in the wall" type place, but service and food (a nice cheese pizza!) were above and beyond the expectations! Plus the owner (totally assuming) made us some chicken wings while we waited for our pizza, to try, and just, wow, was unbelievable how good they were as well!
