Freddies Pub — Restaurant in Indianapolis

I ate at Freddies this past Sunday night and had excellent service. I gave the lady bartender a $20 tip on a $45 tab because she was THAT good! I ate at Freddies on Thursday night and had extremely poor service from the lady bartender in the yellow shirt!! She needs to learn exactly what CUSTOMER SERVICE is. I assume that just because I'm not a regular customer or friend of hers she completely ignored me until she wanted to serve me. There is no reason whatsoever to be ignored by a bartender, especially when she was not very busy. Another bartender asked if I wanted anything else 10 minutes before the "yellow shirt" lady asked me. She was laughing and joking with other customers so she cannot blame her POOR service on a "bad" night. If this is how she treats most customers she needs to find a...

Finally open! I was overall impressed with both the food and the new remodel. We had the southwest egg rolls (very good), build your own burger (good) and the Philly cheesesteak (very good). Great service and love the new open concept. My only suggestions are leveling out the tables to make sure they are not rocky and PLEASE put the paper towels back in the women's restroom (OR a higher quality hand dryer). Look forward to coming back and trying more...

I did an order to go here. Live music. Very hard to communicate, but I get it. The atmosphere seemed to be the local hangout. Everyone having a good time. Bar tender was great. Very attentive. I ordered 2 tenderloin and the ghost pepper cheese curds. I appreciate the thickness of the tenderloin, good flavor, fries too. The cheese curds....AMAZING. I could eat them until I am sick. Only waited about 10 minutes for the food. For sure will be back...
