I will never return to this location again. Again had to wait nearly an hour for my pizza, When I walked into the store I was asked if I had been helped, I informed the cashier I had an online order to pick up, he said it was almost ready then went in the kitchen and told them to make my pizza.... I ordered it online and took 15 min to get to the store. I was told 3 times they were waiting on our crazy bread, despite watching people pull up to the drive through order, pay for and recieve crazy bread. The app gave me a notification that my pizza was done when I questioned the cashier about it he said there must be a mistake. When I decided I'd had enough and asked for my money back the cashier got rude with me then got his manager...... the manager was no better, I asked her name (as I was going to call the corporate office and complain of the incompetence) she refused to give me her name or a refund.
I could have drove to a better location that was further away and been home and finished eating in the time it took at this location.
End result I went to Dominos ordered the same meal paid about the same was told it would be 30 mins then recieved my pizza in less than 30 mins..... imagine that!
This isn't the first time I've had problems at this location. I have had many bad experiences here. pizza is always overcooked the employees are normally playing in the kitchen employees vaping on the prep line unsanitary kitchen practices I even witnessed them playing baseball with bread balls and a spatula while I waited for an order.
I'm not the only customer with a terrible experience here just check out the reveiws.
Don't make the same mistake I did. Either drive to a different location or avoid Little Ceasers Pizza...
Read more1st of all I have gone to the buff road location many times. Usually I just try to get what's ready. On this occasion I ordered a pizza and had to wait 20 minutes to pick it up. When I arrived it was not ready and was told I had to wait an additional 20 minutes. After 40 minutes total I was told that they could not make the pizza I ordered as they did not have the ingredients. I was offered a refund. I asked that the transaction be canceled in lieu of a refund So that my funds would immediately be returned to my debit card. I was told that that is not possible. As a individual that has used credit card machines as part of their job for well over 25 years I know that cancelations are possible in lieu of refunds. I asked to talk to the manager at that point, and was told that I was being an unruly customer. I hadn't risen my voice, only stated that I was made to wait 40 minutes to be told at that point they couldn't complete my order.. The manager was called and talked to me via phone and told me that they could not cancel the order, and that a refund was the best they could do. 5 minutes after leaving the store, the order was canceled and my funds were returned to my card immediately. The staff was completely indifferent to making me wait twice only to be told they couldn't produce the order. And then made me out to be the bad guy for having an issue with their poor service, even though I never raised my voice or used inproper language. Read moreThe store used to be my favorite store and I would drive out of my way to get pizza from here. Since about the beginning of 2021, this store has went downhill dramatically. They never answer the phone, the online system is always down so you can't put it at order ahead of time, and there's always only a skeleton crew of three people working. Nothing is ever ready and you always have to wait. The only time in the past 6 months or so I've ever got a pizza "Hot'N'Ready" was when I had to pay Extra for the ExtraMostBestest. Today was my last visit to this store until solid management is put in place. It seems there's a steadily revolving door of crew members and an overall lack of experience in daily operations.
[2022 Update] Ordered 2 pepperoni and 1 cheese pizza via the app. I was given a 40 Minutes estimate for pickup via the drivethru. I show up at the 40 minute mark to be told they don't have my order and don't have an answer as to why. The GM tells the cashier that I need to cancel the order in the app... That can't be done as there is not a way to cancel it in the app. When I asked the cashier where I cancel the order, he then tells me "Youll have to call corporate and ask if them for a refund". WHAT HAPPENED TO HOT AND READY!? After spending 15 minutes on hold, customer service let's me know they can't refund me, but put in a ticket for a refund, and he doesn't know why customers are being told this at the same handful of stores.
