Greek's Pizzeria & Tapp Room Beech Grove — Restaurant in Indianapolis

To start off, i want to say that greeks pizzeria is my absolute favoriteeeeee pizza place. and being pregnant, it’s been a huge craving for me. that being said, i went to the location on N college yesterday (& took my bf who had never been) and it hit the spot! such a great first impression. We decided to order again, and this time order at beech grove as it’s the closest location to us.

unfortunately, this is the second time i’ve had a poor experience with the beech grove location. Wait time is almost always off, the customer service is subpar, and the food has been wrong each time. the first time, i chalked it up to them being new as it was the first week being open, and i know training people can be hard & take time. however, they’ve been open months at this point. and it seems as though they’re still pretty inconsistent with every other location i’ve been to. all the other locations seem to be SUPER consistent with how they make their pizza and breadsticks. Unfortunately, beech grove isn’t keeping up with the other locations.

we ordered a whole medium pepperoni pizza, with bacon on half, and pineapple on the other half. we got the pizza, and it had bacon on 2 pieces out of the 4 it should’ve. when asked about this, the worker stated it was under the cheese. we showed him it was not. my boyfriend was getting pretty upset at this point because, we did pay for 4 pieces to have bacon, not 2. and it is an extra charge for the extra topping…even if it’s only on half. the worker was still trying to dispute this & then after a minute or two of being pressed, then offered us a side of bacon, which was fine. but sucks it had to get to that point. when you spend almost $40 on something, you are definitely going to get a little shitty when the order isn’t right.

also, the breadsticks are pretty small at this location and way darker then any other location i’ve been to. i love greeks, but i will not be going back to this location for a while. i hope that they can retrain and get their stuff together. them coming to beech grove was a huge thing for me, and now i can’t even go to the closest location to me :( hope for the best, but definitely check your order before you leave if you decide...

This is for Greek's pizza, I've never been to the Tapp Room. Food is delicious!! But service is horrible! Its never ready when my order confirmation says it should be done, on carry-out or delivery. Everytime we call to find out what's taking so long the workers don't care or have some excuse. Like right now we ordered delivery and its been over an hour, we called and they said its still in the oven! The girl who answered the phone was atleast sweet and sorry this time. But one time we talked to the owner and he didn't care at all! We don't eat in the restaurant but everytime I've been in there all the tables are dirty with nowhere to sit! It's a shame because like I said the pizza and sides are delicious, but I think this might be the last time we order from...

Tried Greek’s for the first time on a Saturday evening! We ordered a lot because we wanted to try a little bit of everything. I highly recommend the cinnamon twists, bone-in wings (we got them plain with ranch) and the Greek salad with Greek’s Dressing. We also ordered a 1/2 and 1/2 pizza with toppings of our choice.

Our server was very nice and attentive. There were multiple tables being seated and carry out orders going out and it still only took 20ish minutes to get all of our food. Overall a good atmosphere and we will...
