I was unhappy with my service. They made me waste 15-20 minutes of my only lunch hour, which is unacceptable. Firstly, my order was incorrect. I asked that the cucumbers be removed and they were not. I had to remove them myself. Secondly, the driver didn't put my food physically into my hands. He walked into a downstairs office, set it on the receptionist's desk (she wasn't even there) and he would have left if I hadn't called out to him and asked who the order belonged to. This store deserves a raise! 7/30/21 lunch time was crazy - they all had tons and tons of orders from online to in person, and you know what...they did amazing. I placed a delivery order. Driver did not meet me like I requested. Instead, he placed my food on the ground behind a trash can in front of the hotel. He also did not bring my drink. When I called the store, the gentleman who claimed to be a manager couldn’t have cared less. He simply said “that’s Uber’s fault since they brought your food”.
