Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Indianapolis

While staying for the night we were looking for somewhere to eat and the other closer choices were a Subway and Waffle House. So thinking that we haven't been to a Jimmy John's let's try it. We saw that they were closing at 9 so we got there about 8:15 or so. There was someone mopping the floor and boy did that cleaning solution smell. We would recommend that you verify it is being mixed correctly. We couldn't stand the smell and took the order to go. Anyway, this being our first time at a Jimmy John's we had no idea what or how to order and didn't get much help. We ordered the chicken caesar wrap on a white wrap with no tomato and a club lulu #16 turkey bacon with American cheese. They said they have only one kind of cheese and that was extra so about $25 with a medium coke. The chicken wrap had tomato and #16 was pretty much a cold roll with two slices of turkey, a little lettuce and two slices of tomato and no idea what kind of cheese it was but thinking provolone, no taste. The two sandwiches were not worth the cost. And if you have not been to a Jimmy John's not with it. The sandwich they show on the commercial is not...

Very rude service with the delivery driver who delivered my order at the Wyndham Indianapolis West hotel down the street on 10/19/23. He called me to ask if we were meeting in the lobby, which I replied yes. I stated that I will be coming downstairs. Not even a minute later as I was in the elevator, he calls me multiple times like life depended on it. When I meet him downstairs, he stated to me, “You should have told me your room number.” After I had mentioned to him that the drivers for my last several orders at this location have been very late, and that I prefer to wait in my room until they arrive, he states to me “That doesn’t make a difference. Time is money.” I should not have to explain myself as to why I prefer to meet in the lobby, but if you must know, I don’t give my room number to delivery drivers due to security reasons. Overall, this delivery driver was very rude, ungrateful, and disrespectful. I will never order from this...

Needs better customer service. It was my first time there I ordered my wrap ask for extra turkey no mayo but mustard got neither. I called to let them know that a guy said come up there and we will make your order and he hung up on me. You never know what type of customers you have so you always tell people sorry for your convenience. And then say we can remake your sandwich or give your money back. In this case it was a $15 wrap makes no since. Way to much I'll stick to Subway or Penn station for now on. I see that it's more bad reviews than good reviews the good reviews are the people who always go there so you can tell they are regulars. But they don't give a damn about nobody else.
