King Ribs Y'all! King Ribs, Y'all! Yes I said it twice. Uhm mmm. King Ribs is a well organized machine of BBQ deliciousness. They stacked all four of our party's order on our one tray, and it made sense very easily who ordered what. The price was reasonable for the meal I got. The Ribs n Chicken dinner gives you two sides and a choice of cornbread or roll. Have fun picking your sides. If you are slightly undecided because there are so many good choices, just add them to your ticket. It's a lot easier to make two small meals on your plate rather than wonder what you missed and have to go through that long line a second time. I've only been one time( what's wrong with me? What took so long???) This straight collard type girl is willing to recommend the mixed greens to go along with the Ribs n Chicken plate. My hubby let me sample his. The roll is good, too. I was looking with envy at my friend's potato salad, but making do with the porky beans and mac-n-cheese was not a burden. I want to know if one of the owners has North Texas roots because that is where I have seen sweet potato pie served after BBQ. There was so much right with this meal that I want to go back and order again. It was good enough I want to see what I missed. So next order would possibly be the tips with potato salad , greens, corn bread, chess pie and sweet potato pie. Never again will I go to this location. Their customer service is piss poor. I spent almost $100 on two slabs of ribs and 4 sweet potato pies. At the speaker I told her I want my sauce on the side and I was going to buy an extra sauce and she said I was already going to get a lot of sauce. [Which I typically get a large cup of sauce when I get 1 slab so I thought to myself she’s right, 2 cups for 2 slabs] They gave me food I pulled off. I got to the end of the curb and my daughter noticed no sauce. I backed up and immediately when inside. They are trying to tell me I got sauce. We go back out check my bags. They lady that checked them keeps saying “I didn’t bag up your order” The ones in the back are saying “We gave her sauce” One lady in the front is saying “There was no sauce in there. One bag had the two slabs and the other the pies” She only gave me one thing of sauce and was trying to tell me what I she gave me extra and I would have gotten much less. [Lies I know what I typically get] So I decide to buy another sauce. While I’m waiting some lady comes out the back and wants to have a stare down like you gon do somethin. So I stare back cuz if you wanna take it there we can. Once I see she wasn’t about nothin I look away. They give me my sauce and I still remained polite and left. They wack af there. All this over a mistake that yall made ? Absolutely not. Would never go...

I stopped going to this location awhile back because they always got my order wrong. Well, I decided to try again yesterday (Feb. 8, 2023) just to see if they had improved. They are consistent if nothing else. My order, of course was wrong, and to make matters worse, I ordered through Ubereats. I called the restaurant, explained my issue, and was told to hold because the guy that answered the phone was in back cooking. I was then hung up on. I called back, and was hung up on immediately. I called back, and was hung up on again. So after being hung up on multiple times, I CALLED BACK AGAIN. This time I was told, I can't do anything about that. You can either send someone up here to get your order corrected or chalk it up. Keep in mind, I order through Uber Eats and paid a delivery fee. Needless to say, I had to still travel there to have my order corrected. I handed the guy my incorrect order and he took it back to the kitchen. This was strange because most restaurant don't accept food that has been outside back over the counter and if they do, they throw it away immediately. 🚩 I was not offered any reimbursement for my time, or inconvenience, which I wouldn't have accepted because now I'm highly upset, and don't have appetite.
