Let's begin with how awesome the staff is here!

On my experience let's begin, they were super friendly and educated me in what they offer had great personalities and very helpful in helping me pick my order as well.

When I can in on a Sunday around 4pm they a line to the door but got it moving pretty fast. I had my drink from counter to table as I sat in to enjoy in about 6 to 8 minutes which is on par with like Starbucks only a whole different experience.

The drinks were great not overly sweet and Boba was fresh and delicious all the way around I tried 4 different drinks all were epic the amount of drink they have to choose from is great each with its own pizazz.

I can't wait to try some other ones now none have been unsatisfactory yet so let's keep it rolling.

Edit: my daughter and I went in for Thai tea boba. When we got home 30 minutes later I barely made it out of the car when I started dry heaving. My daughter and I had fairly bad stomach pain for hours afterwards. I can't recommend this place anymore and don't plan to return.

Cute atmosphere. The employees were professional if a bit stand-offish, but not unfriendly. The drinks were marked with allergy information, and though it wasn't easy to notice it was at least present. I enjoyed my drink and my daughter enjoyed hers.

I didn't like the sign stating that they wouldn't remake your drink for this long list of reasons. It made it feel like they don't really care about customer satisfaction. It's the company's choice about this policy, but the sign basically states "Too bad" if you have a complaint and it left a...

I love that you can choose the amount of sugar! Huge selection of drinks. My only complaints are that the slushes have chunks of ice in them, not blended thoroughly. And, several times recently, I leave with something other than what I wanted because they are out of some ingredient. I order my drink how I want it (increasing the price), then I'm on the spot when they ask what I want instead and just pick something else that looks decent, usually losing out on a couple dollars because I'm not getting the toppings and stuff for the drink I already paid for (I paid online to take my time and not be rushed). Compensating for the price difference has never been offered, and TBH I'm too embarrassed to ask for $2 to make it even.
